RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. In the response the CEO says that the manager offered something else. I asked for something else and he told me that was against their policy. As for my wife not being able to speak for herself, I left the restaurant before her. The manager could have settled it with her. The CEO can mail a check to me in the amount $11.88. And as for his final comment in his letter, I had the facts straight and his manager was very rude and did not offer anything to solve this problem. Regards, [redacted]

Mr *** is not quite accurate in his statement of complaintAt no time was there a complaint of being too salty until the check arrivedThe server had been back to the table to inquire if everything was alright and even refilled their drinksWhen presented with the bill the server asked her
if she would like a to go box to take hers home because there was a substantial amount still on her plate and the woman said "no" her mother used to make it and she didn'tt like it then and she guessed she still didn't like itThe husband asked to have it taken off the bill, the server asked if there was anything wrong with it? That's when the "little too salty" came upThe server brought this to the attention of the manager and the manager immediately went to the kitchen and sampled the chicken gravy to see if thaere was in fact an issue and both the manager and cook determined the gravy was not "over seasoned", at the same time there were several customers eating the same chicken & DisqSo they too were questioned and all stated it was fine, this upset *** *** because the manager was trying to rectify the problem instead of just serving potentially over salted productThe manager went to the table and Mr*** said just give me the bill, became "very loud" with the manager and said he was filing a complaint with the Revdex.comThe manager asked if she would like something different and the husband just said they were leavingThe manager appologized and told them to have a nice dayThe husband did 99.9% of the talking and seemed to not want to let his wife talk for herselfCrazy Otto's Empire Diner takes any food complaint very seriously and if there is a problem, we rectify them immediatelyIf we were not told there is a problem we can not be expected to fix somethingOur Diner is not a buffet where you can sample things to see if you like it and then not pay for when there is nothing wrong with the food, you just decide that you don't like itThey never complained when the food came, during the meal, when drinks were refilled and only said anything when presented with the billAs far as settlement I would be glad to send them a gift certificate for $or a check for $*** just needs to calm down and get the facts rightScott *** CEO/Pres
