This company is the transactional front for a bunch of scam online dating services They will not work with you to resolve a dispute and are the financial arm of fraudulent websites

This charge was charged back and we also issued a refund for the $sale

Our customer service department listened to the customer's concern regarding...

$49.95 which appeared to be a credit card charge. These funds were held as an authorization, which we are unable to refund, as an authorization has to fall off with their bank. Customer service cancelled the membership. And the charge essentially fell off. An additional $1.87 was refunded to the customer on 2/26/2016, as we noticed that their 3 day paid trial had been charged and we have blacklisted the customer from any future charges within our database.

I am still receiving the unwanted e mail, however, I will wait the ten days referenced by Crazy Protocol Inc. in order to see if these e mails stop completely.
