Our customer service department listened to the customer's concern regarding $which appeared to be a credit card chargeThese funds were held as an authorization, which we are unable to refund, as an authorization has to fall off with their bankCustomer service cancelled the membershipAnd the charge essentially fell offAn additional $was refunded to the customer on 2/26/2016, as we noticed that their day paid trial had been charged and we have blacklisted the customer from any future charges within our database

Customer has been cancelled and refunded $and $Depending on his bank it could take up to 7-business days for the refund to appear Thank you Crazy Protocol
