CRC installed 2 screen porch skylights. The skylights have leaked. CRC has not been unresponsive. We paid for the installation of 2 screen porch skylights in Sept 2014. CRC responded to our call when one began to leak, however a month or so ago the second began to leak as well. CRC assured us they had come out and all was well. The skylight leaked again and we are unable to get a response from CRC. The phone message says the mailbox is full so we have left a call back number for two weeks. We have been dealing with [redacted]. We paid $1320 by check for this job.Desired SettlementWe would like a sky light that does not leak.We have been contacted. The issue has been resolved. Thank you.

entered an agreement for replacement windows and vunyl siding. paid for windows and deposit on vinyl on 03/03/14. work not finished, nor refund sentbeginning around the middle of February, 2014, my wife and I got estimates from about 3-4 contractors to put vinyl siding on our home; we finally settled on a certain company to do the work (CRC Contractors 5848 Farrington Pl. Ste. "H" Raleigh, NC XXXXX); the estimate/contract ($13,173.40) included custom-sized window replacements, so on 03-03-14 we paid a deposit ($5,600.00) to cover cost of windows and a down payment on remaining work; the company co-owner, [redacted] said that when the windows were ready (about 2-3 weeks), they would be installed and the siding would be started a couple of days or so afterwards; about 4 weeks went by, and we had heard nothing, so I began calling them, but could never seem to get in touch; when I finally heard back, the reasons given were primarily weather-related delays, but was reassured that they would be out to our home within a couple more weeks (this would put us about mid-April); by now, we are getting concerned about having been scammed, so I resume efforts to contact any number I could find associated with the business, but had to wait days at-a-time to hear back, only to be told that they were trying to catch up on other jobs; subsequent conversations involved the death of [redacted]'s mother (though nobody from the company considered letting us know what the cause of the continuing delays; in summary to this point, some guys finally came and installed windows on 05-21-14, and we were informed that the crew to put on the siding would be here the next day; two days later, a guy named [redacted] calls and tells me that the crew "accidentally" went and started the wrong job (some lady in [redacted] but they would pull off of that to get on ours on Tuesday, May 27; at about 8:25 a.m. on that morning (they were to be at the house at 8:30), [redacted] calls again and says that the "customer in [redacted] wouldn't stand for them to stop work on her house to begin ours, so CRC had to finish hers before coming to our home on Thursday, 05-29; my wife and I are beyond upset and disenchanted at all these turns-of-events, and are ready to demand a refund so we can get another contractor, so I tell [redacted] to review the original estimates they gave us, and to call me back on TEUSDAY, the 27th with a proposal that would give us some cost concessions to compensate for our troubles (a compromise financially that might allow us to consider moving forward to still have them do the work starting on May 29; I have yet to hear from either of the guys I have been corresponding with previously; we've waited long enough, and now we are concerned that (a)we would probably get a sub-par quality installation because of our repeated efforts to get the job going, (b)they never intended to do the promised work, and (c)we will not receive a fair adjustment/refund if we decide to have someone else do the work. I can probably get text message records and phone call logs to document my efforts over the course of the last 2 months to contact the company, if needed. The most recent effort to contact these guys was made by my wife on June 1, 2014I think the principle owners are [redacted] and [redacted]. [redacted] is the person who came to the house to do estimate, and to whom we gave the check.Desired SettlementFULL refund of ALL monies paid, or prompt and satisfactory completion of remaining work at NO charge.

Contracted with CRC Contractors to have vinyl siding vinyl windows & gutter guards installed on our home. Paid a $6758 deposit work was never done. On 05/22/2015 I contracted with CRC Contractors, owned by [redacted], to install vinyl siding and windows on our home. The work was never done. I made numerous attempts to contact the company and individuals with no response from them. The contracted work to be done was: install vinyl siding, including soffits and trim, install new vinyl windows including wrapping trim around and under windows and install gutter guards. I paid a deposit of $6758 plus paid in advance for the gutter guards at a cost of $280. Some soffitt and trim work was done, part has fallen off. This company installed a new roof on our house prior to our contracting for the siding and window work. The roof work did not require a deposit and was completed with no problems (yet) and paid for.I have filed a complaint regarding the siding and window work which was not done with the [redacted] office and the[redacted] with the hope that they will bring criminal charges against the [redacted] and their company. Desired SettlementRefund our deposit $6758 plus $280 for the gutter guards that were not installed. I cannot trust the [redacted] to complete the work.
