I have recently contacted [redacted], my customer who purchased the car. He notified me that he is not the one who has filled the complaint with you. This complaint was filed by [redacted] You can see the email registered on this complaint. This same person tried to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs, who denied him. With this response I am attaching a document signed by [redacted] himself. Any claims made by any other person is false. To confirm my statement you can call [redacted] directly and he will any and all information stated above.

They guys told lie. They have solved the issue only regarding Navigation system. Before selling the car they told me car is Fully loaded with Navigation system but the car has no navigation I refused to take the car but they compensate me $1000 for navigation systems only. They did not solve the extra bank loan issue.but they cheated with me $4800 extra in my bank loan. They could not show me any papers against extra $4800 bank loan. They are cheating with their customer like that. They told customer one price but they show extra price in bank loan. I have two different documents they showed different price. They cheated me $4800.I am a victim. please sir help me and investigate my documents it will be clear to you. I have all papers in my hand. If you wish I can present to you.

If you see attentively the amount of two documents, you will find they showed $4800 extra in my loan documents. The car price is 39000 + sales tax 3461 total 42461 deduct down payment 6000. My loan amount supposed to be $36461 but they showed $41250. They cheated the amount. I humbly requesting sir, please look up my attached documents and help me to recover my money.
