Review: My fiance and I hired CRC Portrait Studios to take our engagement and wedding photographs. At our first meeting, CRC Portrait Studios accepted a 2nd deposit of another $250 to put towards our total wedding package. He (owner of CRC) didn't provide me with a receipt for my payment. The engagement photos had to be retaken since his computer "over heated" and he had lost all of our photos which were taken in the fall of 2014. He did offer a discount on the services for the inconvenience. Months and months had passed and CRC Portrait Studios still did not provide me with an updated receipt and contract with our total due for our fall 2015 wedding despite my many efforts to contact him. Messages and emails were sent to him showing that they were being read and with no response. When you called his cell phone it went straight to voicemail and you couldn't leave a message for him as well. I felt as though I could not rely on him to perform at our wedding and sent a certified letter requesting cancellation of our contract due to his anticipatory repudiation and asked for my last deposit of $250 to be refunded to my fiance and I.On the last day of the certified letter I contacted him once more to advise he would be hearing from my attorney if he did not provide my refund in a timely manner. On August 25, 2015 he stated he would mail my refund the following day. I still have yet to receive any information from CRC Portrait Studios regarding the cancellation of our contract and my 2nd deposit of $250 refunded. I find his acts to be very unprofessional in nature. For someone who is supposed to be running a professional business, making sure that the bride and groom are taken care of, he lacks any professional experience, communication skills and proper knowledge of photography to back up your computer properly. I will not be recommending his services to family and friends in the future.Desired Settlement: All that I ask is that CRC Portrait Studios timely return my last $250 deposit as he promised in an earlier message so that I may move on from this experience. I would like my deposit sent within 5 business days sent to the address in our original contract.

Review: My husband and I booked this photography business for our May 2015 wedding. In our package we chose and paid for, we were to get 2 photographers for our wedding day and get all of the photos taken that day. We only received one photographer's photos, not the other. We did contact Chris C[redacted] (the photographer whose pictures we did get) but we have had no luck in getting the other half of our pictures. I was introduced to her as Erin. However, I do not know her last name. It has been 9 months and we are still waiting on receiving our wedding photos.Desired Settlement: Would like part refund and to get product.
