We finalized this project shortly after Mr*** filed this complaint The length of time to complete was way beyond our standard delivery Like Mr*** stated, a lot of the delay was due to the new, more strict requirements of the building department But CRE should have
performed at a higher levelI was unaware of the communication problem and truly thought that *** was in making regular contact with Mr*** I sincerely apologize for the delay and lack of communication The growth of our business has been overwhelming and all of the engineering firms we have been in contact with are having the same delivery issues

CRE has been made aware of the complaint filed with the Revdex.com by the Customer listed above on September 28, We have been in contact with the client and their architect throughout the design process coordinating design revisions from the client, architect and revisions caused by structural
constraints Although we are partially responsible for the delays, we feel the coordination and several revisions from the architect have also been a cause of the delays We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences these delays have caused Prior to receiving this complaint CRE had already offered a no cost soils analysis and foundation recommendation for the purpose of limiting any additional engineering cost to the clientCRE has now offered completion of the timber truss design and engineering (both services were listed in the original contract as “Additional Services” to be contracted separately $1,value) along with the promise of completion by 10/3/(assuming all review and approvals are completed by the client and architect)As of today, the client and architect have received our final release for final verification The originally contracted remaining balance due of $1,will still be due prior to pick up of sealed plans for permitWe feel this is a fair concession to account for our portion of the project delaysIf you have any questions regarding this letter please feel free to call
