I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because: I am still waiting for the defectuve door to be replaced and the gap between the cabinet and counter to either be replaced or repaired he has not contacted me regarding eitherthe problem I stated regarding the counter and counter is not what Al stated As he can see from the photo the counter separated from the counter I replied to him in an email when he said he contacted the counter people and he said "got it" Clearly he did not look at the photo There is a gap of over a half inchalso since I filed the complaint there was a leak under the sink Since he never responds I hired someone to repair and sent him the bill but to date have heard nothingtbw contract states there is a year warranty It is not my responsibility to get his cabinet person to replace the door that is his responsibility The counter is separating from the cabinet....Al said he contacted the counter people to repair Al and his workers I stalled the counter so the counter people are not responsible, he is I was there when he installed
WE did responded to Mrs*** complains several time, replaced certain doors and fixing the drawersI even had cabinet's manufacturer rep, ULTRACRAFT CABINETS to her house and she directly communicate with the factory rep for replacing some doors, they did send new doors and we did the installHer last request was to change one more door which I've requested that from manufacturer at several time and do not getting respond from them, it's been over two years since we're no longer dealer for Ultracraft Cabinets. Her claim of defected door is a manufacturer warranty issue and she's given the contact information to directly communicate with them for any issues.Her recent claim of Counter top was forwarded to Norcal Granite, who installed the counter tops and that can be followed up with them, however the industry warranty standard for workmanship is one year, most likely there may be a charge by Norcal Granite for fixing this issue Thank you,** ***
