*** *** This response is not true There were not several cars there it was my van and my in laws van so only two vehicles We were told by *** we could come an hour early at 1:pm to start setting up for our party nothing was ever mentioned about minutes Our expectations were not high we wanted the tables set up how we were told they would be and clean not covered in dirt The grill was not suitable for a large party and way too small I was also told by the owner we would discuss this issue in person and have yet to hear from her a time to meet I did receive voicemail trying to get me to stop by complaint with the Revdex.com though This also happened to another family in August who was treated very poorly at their party This place should not be allowed to hold parties The owner cannot handle them Thank you!

I am writing regarding the pony party that was held on Sunday July 12, 2015. I arrived at the stable 45 minutes early to prepare for the party that afternoon. The families hosting the pony parties are typically allowed to arrive 30 minutes ahead of time to begin to set up their party: moving tables...

around to what suits them, setting up decorations, ect. However, when I arrived at the stable, several cars were already there waiting. I proceeded to park then walk into the barn to begin preparing for the party, but as I walked in, one of the cars honked their horn at me to get my attention, rather than rolling down their window with a polite "excuse me". Our guests are to park along the fence line unless they need to temporarily pull onto the grounds to unload. This car claimed that's what they needed to do so I allowed them to pull in. I then walked into the barn and began to set up like I would for any other pony party. I was demanded to open up the gate for the hosts of the party to let them in, I did so and every car behind them told me they also had to unloaded, which I don't know is true or not. From the very beginning the people at the stable for this party were very rude to [redacted], who was also helping me to set up the party, and I. Despite hearing rude and disrespectful complaints behind our backs among the guests, I went out of my way to be as kind to guests as I could. During this time [redacted] and I got seating and tables out for the guests. We told them they could move them wherever they wanted, but they didn't lift a finger and left them where [redacted] and I had set them up. A large amount of people where at the stable from the start (45mintutes early), and since they were too busy talking about us, it was very had to work around them to set up. This party was disappointed with our services and decided to leave after we gave the children about 20 minutes for pony rides. This party was gone about just as any other pony party would have been, but the guests were rude and hard to get along with. If their expectations were so high, they shouldn't have booked a birthday party at a horse barn.
