Cream City Process could not have been better!! After the Milwaukee Sheriff's department failed miserably to get papers served, Cream City took over and had the job done in record time. Sara was efficient, courteous, and entirely helpful.

Review: My office hired CREAM CITY PROCESS to serve 3 people. They quoted me $35 for 2 serves and $20 for the third; $90. Supposedly the people were served October 1st. 2013. I should have received affidavits of service no later than October 4, 2013. By 10/9/13 I emailed [redacted] at Cream City Process asking where the affidavits (proof of service) were. On 10/10/13 [redacted] replied with an email that they were still in her outbox and she hadn't sent them but would the next day. On 10/11/13 I emailed [redacted] and asked if the 3 affidavits were mailed to me. I shouldn't have to call this service about things as important as affidavits of service. She said they were served 10/1/13. Where are the affidavits? By 10/12/13 I still hadn't received the affidavits. I called numerous times leaving messages on Cream City's answering machine and no response. I don't believe anything Cream City says, although I did trust them in the beginning. They also like to post things to my law office facebook page slandering me, I plan on filing a lawsuit for slander against them since the things they are saying are untrue and they should exercise their first amendment right to free speech on their own facebook page. She also billed me $105, not what the agreement was, and I do not trust that they did anything they were supposed to.Desired Settlement: Nothing, I will hire another process server to complete the job and get me the affidavits no later then the day after the 3 parties are served.

This letter is in reply to the complaint filed against Cream City Process, LLC by [redacted]. Cream City Process, LLC is disputing the accusations made by [redacted] as they are unfounded and defamatory for the following reasons.

1. FEES INVOICED. Cream City Process, LLC initially quoted [redacted] a price of $90.00. $35.00 for service on individuals at two different addresses and $20 for service on an individual at the same address. After this initial quote [redacted] needed to revise her documents on two separate occasions and requested Cream City Process reorganize her documents and complete them with the court date information. [redacted] then requested that the documents be served the same day. Our fees are published on our website to show that a same day service is a rush fee of double the normal fee. We refer to this in house as a “Tier 1” rush fee. I informed [redacted] of this via phone and she agreed stating her main concern was that they were served that day. After I was dealt with family emergencies and encountered a slight delay in getting [redacted] the affidavits and invoices (nothing outside of the normal schedule but [redacted] wanted them rushed) I decided to waive the rush fees as indicated on the invoices sent to [redacted] therefore received a discount of $120. To date she has not paid the invoice for services rendered.

2. RECEIPT OF AFFIDAVITS SENT. [redacted] provided an address in New Berlin (see attached emails). The affidavits were mailed to her to that address on 10/8/13. I emailed [redacted] a scanned copy (attached) of the affidavits and invoices at her request. Her accusations stating the documents were never served are completely unfounded and untrue. We served her documents on 10/1/13, the same day we received the completed documents. I have never before had a client state they never received documents I mailed therefore I did not send them via a way which could be tracked. To date the envelope has not been returned to us so I can only conclude [redacted] did receive the affidavits and invoices.

3. REQUESTS FOR UPDATES. [redacted] became combative and unprofessional, calling our office (which is my home office) at all hours of the day and night including midnight and on weekends. I emailed [redacted] apologizing for the delay as I was dealing with multiple family emergencies and assured her the documents were completed and in the mail to her. She responded with a rude an unprofessional response. At that time we decided it was in our best interest to cease communication with [redacted] as the situation was becoming harassing and beyond our control.

4. [redacted] DEFAMATION. It was brought to our attention that [redacted] took to her [redacted] fan page ([redacted]) and was posting negative and untrue items about our business. Attached are the screen shots of said posts. [redacted] has since deleted them from her page. The only item I added was asking anyone who wants more information to contact me. [redacted] deleted that comment.

5. CONCLUSION. Cream City Process, LLC completed the job as promised to the client, [redacted] and did so promptly, professionally and for a discounted rate. Cream City Process, LLC went above the normal call of duty and assisted [redacted] with completing her documents and advising the correct procedures in doing so. To date [redacted] has not paid Cream City Process, LLC for services rendered.
