I am rejecting this response because: I have an email of the photo of the car that was emailed to me by MrCreamerIt was not in three piecesI have spoken to experienced salvage dealers who estimate that at scrap value, with nothing valuable on the car, it is worth $500-$for the metals aloneThe terms of the lien was that MrCreamer was to auction or junk the vehicle to satisfy the dept or profits were to go towards the dept owedMrCreamer sold a Porcshe Cayenne to a junk yard and will not put the profit towards the debt owedIf MrCreamer can provide the junk yard he sold the vehicle to, that will verify that he in fact received no amount of money for a foreign sports carI will pay the dept in fullAll I ask is that MrCreamer honor the lien agreement that is preventing me from registering a vehicle, a whole year after he has received profit off of the vehicle in questionI will provide the photo of the totaled car once I return home Regards, [redacted]
Picked up the car in pieces as it was wrecked as the guy was running from the law Spoke with the lady and told her we needed the title and she would not send it to her - then processed the vehicle by law the way it was suppose
to - and have nothing more to state
