Creamer's Garage & Towing Service

I am rejecting this response because: I have an email of the photo of the car that was emailed to me by Mr. Creamer. It was not in three pieces. I have spoken to experienced salvage dealers who estimate that at scrap value, with nothing valuable on the car, it is worth $500-$700 for the metals alone. The terms of the lien was that Mr. Creamer was to auction or junk the vehicle to satisfy the dept or profits were to go towards the dept owed. Mr. Creamer sold a 2004 Porcshe Cayenne to a junk yard and will not put the profit towards the debt owed. If Mr. Creamer can provide the junk yard he sold the vehicle to, that will verify that he in fact received no amount of money for a foreign sports car. I will pay the dept in full. All I ask is that Mr. Creamer honor the lien agreement that is preventing me from registering a vehicle, a whole year after he has received profit off of the vehicle in question. I will provide the photo of the totaled car once I return home.
