I went to see Kenneth Moore at Create a smile on March 19, 2013,for a evaluation , & estimate of cost to repair my teeth. He said it would be about $3,000, & I could make payments at no interest. I agreed, & he setup several appointments to do the repairs on my teeth. When work was completed, he said he made a mistake on his estimate, and it would be $5,954.00 at 14% interest.
