The customer's complaint that her robe is "falling apart" is actually a complaint about the shedding of the chenille as per her email to us (see attached). As per the hang tag that came on this and every Canyon Group chenille robe (see attached), the manufacturer's website (see link below),
and our website (see link below), shedding is for Canyon Group chenille and will diminish with each washing. Canyon Group is the expert on their chenille products and clearly indicate that shedding is normal. We even state on our website that some customers are surprised by the shedding, but this is normal, expected, and in no way represents a defect in the fabric

As per our previous communication and documents regarding this complaint, the manufacturer, Canyon Group, indicates on their website and hang tag that came on the robe that shedding is normal for their chenille.  This information is also on our website.  Shedding is normal for Canyon Group chenille and does not indicate that the chenille robe is defective or of inferior quality.
