In reference to complaint #*** filed on 6/14/at 12:02:am by *** ***I do not believe Mrs ***’s hair to be over processedAs I made several attempts for Mrs *** to come to the salon at her earliest convenience month prior to her filing this complaintI wanted to
rectify the situation (if any)She completely disregarded all attempts made by the salon to come and back in so we could see her hair and make any necessary changes she may have been dissatisfied withShe demanded full reimbursement via facebook messagesWithout me actually seeing her hair and verbally speaking with her, never once in the last month had Mr *** attempted to contact me during standard business hoursMrs *** continues to send odd harassing messages via facebook at extremely late hours of the nightAt least once a week for the last monthAgain never contact me verbally during business hoursAnd after continual attempts refuses to let me actually see her hairAt this point her behavior in the last month has been harassing unethical and disturbingVery unprofessionalDue to her disturbing via facebook messenger behavior she is no longer welcome at this establishmentI am not willing to give her any reimbursement for services receivedAs I do not believe her hair was overprocessedI have photographs of Mrs ***'s hair at the time of service over month ago showing a very happy satisfied customer with shiny silky hairI believe this to be a allegation but a disturbed individual and I believe this to be just another attempt by Mrs *** to try again another avenue to harass me
