I placed an order via priority mail on 11/29/On 12/4/14, I requested an update on the status of the orderI was told it might have shipped but if it didn't it would ship "tomorrow, Monday or Tuesday at the latest" and they would give an update in the morningI received no update so the next week I cancelled the orderThey told me a refund was in processI waited, asked on 12/and 12/for an update on the refund and recieved no responseI posted a polite inquiry on their Facebook page, and it was deleted with no replyI tried two more times and both were deletedI sent an email yesterday that I expected to receive communication in the next hoursI was told the office was closed and I would get a refund update in the morningI was told FB was monitored by a PR firm (wouldn't they want to address a concern?)I have heard nothingI was looking forward to trying their products, but based on my experience, I will never do business with them and I would advise others to avoid them as wellI've never filed a review like this before, but this was frustratingI should have looked on this site before orderingMy order total was $
