The client came in and had a color service completed that night by one of our stylistShe left extremely happy thanking the stylist multiple timesShe then called the very next day saying she was unhappy with the price she paidtold her that I could give her a credit to make her happy because we
value her as a customerI know it's frustrating to be charged higher than expecting so I understood and offered her money off of her next serviceWith that being said then she started to complain that the color was not what she wantedWe asked her to come back and we would fix it free of charge we would have one of the managers or the owner fix itShe said she was on her way to a friends house to have her fix her hairHe then explained that we cannot guarantee a service that someone not employed with creations attempts to fixShe didn't want to ever come in the salon to show us her hair or even pick up a gift card for her next serviceI'm sorry without us seeing her hair being able to fix her hair and make it right with the salon we can't just wire her or forward her money we need our clients to Come into the salon and give us a reasonable attempt to make her happyIf she would've came into our salon had one of our eight stylist fix her hair it would've been free of charge and she would a left extremely happyShe didn't give us any reasonable attempt to make her happyShe also tip the stylist $and bought hair care products she was very happyThank you for the opportunity to write a responseYours trulyJoyce W
