Attached is a contract signed by [redacted] for a ServPro ad to be run on four (4) televisions...

at Revolutions Bowling Center in Frankfort, IN. See the highlighted items, especially the three marked number 1, 2 and 3.
By signing the contract Mr. [redacted] acknowledges he has full & complete understanding of the terms. (#1). That our obligation is fulfilled when the ad is delivered to the bowling center, (delivered July 27, 2016). (#2). And that if something happens to the bowling center, we may supply an alternative advertising program. (#3). The ad was sold and delivered before we had knowledge the center was closing.
We did find an alternative advertising venue in the same town and Mr. [redacted] will get at least one year of advertising from August 31, 2016.
We are a 38 year old company and try to get the advertiser's ad placed for the one year, according to the contract. We value our customers and try to provide a good product for their advertising dollar.
