purchase it and use it in one of my bridal showsPer my contract I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged ***ms however, I liked the ***m for personal use and would pay her for itOn July 1st of The two of us searched for the "Juliet" dress and could not locate itShe herself is unable to identify itI have several hundred dresses in my store I cannot remember exact details of everyone without a photographThe photograph that [redacted] brought with her was not a very clear one and made it difficult to look for detailsAfter a half hour of not being able to locate it I offered to pay [redacted] what would have been her 60% of the sale of the dressEven though her contract technically would have been void at that timeAfter being here for years I am unsure if the dress was donated, lost or stolenI am positive that it was not soldI do keep very clear records on all salesHowever I did offer her a settlementWhen I offered 60% off $she was furious and said that she had paid $for the dress in I explained to her that vintage dresses from that era do not sell for that much but I sell them on my floor for $- $She became irate and refused the $told me she was calling a lawyer she would sue me and call the Revdex.comShe was swearing in my store and screamingI asked her to calm down or leave the BoutiqueShe continued to tell me she did not care and I told her I would call the policeAt that point, just trying to end this situation I then asked her for her address in [redacted] and told her I would mail her a check and a copy of her contract after having my lawyer review it to make sure that I was correct in stating that our contract was not only null but that I had no responsibility for her lost ***mI also offered at that point to send her a check for $which is what was depos***d on the layawayShe demanded my customers private information about the layawayI refused to give her those filesShe became even more irate she tore up the address that she was writing down for me grabbed her remaining ***ms and stormed out my front door, slamming it so hard that my open sign flew off the door and across the room[redacted] is a part of my old contract systemShe was never in town long enough to sign the current contract I have in place nowI do have new contracts in place protecting myself much further but if you read the contract it does clearly state that I determine the selling price, that I have the right to put ***ms on sale for 25% off, and that consignees will receive 60% of selling cost of an ***mIt also states that I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged [redacted] Per our contract I also, had a another non-vintage dress of hers in my store for saleWhich she had purchased it in She claimed she paid $for the dress and $for the jacket and was asking for $for the set per our contractI would have never offered to pay her more for a dress from then I would for a dress in That dress in combination with its matching jacket we're on the floor for sale for $Per my contract that allows me a 25% to offer my customers discounts [redacted] would have received approximately $as her 60% division of the saleHad I have sold it at the $price she would have earned an extra $per our agreementAs a resolution to this situation, [redacted] has all of her ***ms placed on consignment minus the "Juliet" dress which unfortunately per our contract has become a lost ***m, making Creations Unlim***d not liable [redacted] had plenty of opportunity to pick up the dress but refused to do so due to her living out of stateAlso, making her contract voidI gave her ample time to provide a photograph of the dress so that we could search for it and she did not comply for monthsPlease understand that I offered her money merely because I felt bad about the situation at the time and wanted her to leave the boutiqueDue to her refusal of payment and her actions on that day I am sticking to my contract and offering no further payment and wish to be done ***,
Thank you
I do appreciate your considerations in this matter and apologize that your Company has had to be a part of this unfortunate situationI assure you this customer has ***n served and told by the local authorities that harassment charges are pending. I in fact will be pursuing further legal action as she has refused to removed her slanderous and complaint and listingsShe is correct, my business will survive as my year reputation speaks for itself. No further action is needed on my behalf at this timeI am satisfied with your assistance and understanding in this matter.
Thank you kindly,
Creations Unlimited

As previously stated, her attorney has not contacted me. I have not received a cease and desist letter. It is increasingly apparent that the Revdex.com will not be able to resolve this complaint. I respectfully decline her request to delete my reviews or my correspondence with you. I have not had direct contact with Lissa since October 22nd. I also spoke with the [redacted] Police Department and contacted my attorney. I suggest that any further contact go through him. I have not [redacted]n to her store since October 22nd, and I have not contacted her phone since that date. Blaming her failing store problems on one bad review is insane. She escalated a bad experience to this point. Thank you for all your assistance in this matter.

This letter is in regards to [redacted] case# [redacted]. First off let me start by saying that when I met [redacted] and she came into my store to place a dress on layaway, She and her mother sat with me and we discuss the terms of the layaway in detail. I explained to her how the layaway worked and...

that she needed to make a good-faith effort payment each month. If she did so. regardless of the size of the payment I would know that she was committed to the purchase. She agreed to those terms we added a $20 late fee addendum for any missed payments next to the terms and conditions. She initialed next to it and seemed satisfied. At that time her mother made a $375.00 payment including 526.25 in tax and was charged a total of $401.25. After that our communication stopped, she never made a further payment and even though I called her she never returned any calls. I had [redacted]n calling [redacted] for weeks but her mailbox was full and would not receive messages. After months of waiting, I finally decided to text her. These text messages are attached as she posted my personal cell phone message on all social media outlets. We had conversed for several days and she first told me she would call her mother to pay for the dress after no answer she then told me she would call her father. After not being able to reach them she told me she would be in on Thursday after her paycheck came in. I talk to her in person also that day where she told me she had already eloped and that she had legal trouble and could not afford the dress. I did not contact her on Thursday and waited for her to come in with her paycheck. On Friday, I contacted her again and told her that if I did not hear from her by Saturday the dress would be returned to the floor and her contract would be void. My contract clearly states payments not made within 10 days will be considered void and she was already 57 days late with Octobers payment also coming up due on the 24th.
On Saturday morning, even though I told her it was a busy day and there would be children in city of [redacted] due a family trick-or-treating events going on, she came into my store with her father who was extremely angry and rude to me. Not only was my 6 year old child and boyfriend in my store but several customers, a 17 year old employee and a business client. Her father began to yell at me, threatening me and even threw his cash payment at me. At one point it became so escalated that my boyfriend stood up from the couch and came over and stood behind me to make sure that it would not get any more violent than it already had. I apologized several times, I told them that the only solution to the problem would be to pay for the dress and full as I would not accept any more excuses or late payments from [redacted]. We then went over the contract together rewrote the specific items and their cost and mutually agreed on a price where her father paid me in full and left the store with the dress. I thought it was all over until I happened to look on my [redacted] page where her and all of her friends have [redacted]n posting slander, vulgarities and lies since Friday. They Left several nasty comments. Threatened me, threatened to come to my store and chase away customers and call every social media outlet that they could find including the News stations. Which in fact they did, including the Revdex.com. [redacted] and a group of her friends left messages on 5 different [redacted] sites, [redacted], [redacted]. [redacted], [redacted], and even contacted a competitor bridal store to ask them what to do about the situation. I have gotten threatening phone calls. I've had people sit outside the bench of my store and Kristin has done nothing but harass me via [redacted] since last Friday.I tried to defend myself VIA [redacted] where I was even further attacked being called a "ruthless bh, sy business owner and a sy person". I removed my responses quickly and had no further contact. I did also reach out to the Social Media outlets where the majority of the posts have [redacted]n removed. [redacted] was very helpful, [redacted] could only take down so many and [redacted] has [redacted]n slightly less responsive but I did make very kind responses to her friends comments offering them a chance to come in to the boutique and form their own opinion of me and my store. I have since contacted my attorney Jeff Black, of [redacted] who has sent out a cease-and-desist letter to her as well we will be filing a suit against her if the harassment does not end.
Yes, She does have a right to complain, only if her point is valid. We had a contract, She did not honor it. I tried to help her out in return she has done nothing but attack me and my 25 year career.
First contract states: Dress $600.00 Alteration $125.00 Design fee (discount with alterations) $25.00 TTotal $750.00 + $52.50 tax = 802.50 Deposit $375.00+ $26.25 tax = $401.25 Balance $375.00 + tax
On 10/22 new totals mutually agreed upon to receive dress and complete contract:
Dress± $600.00 Alteration Removed - $125.00 Design fee Removed (discount with alterations) - $25.00
Design Fee ( with out alterations) + $50.00 Late fees Assessed ( August / September) + $40.00 Total $690.00 +$48.38 tax = $738.30 Deposit $401.25 Balance $337.05
As we discussed on that day these are the changes made to the contract, M y design fee was changed from $25 to $50 as it was discounted due to alterations being part of the initial sale. If alterations are not done... the Design fee is always $50 just to sit down and get an appointment with me. We agree on adding the late fees, on Monday I agreed to waive them at first but only if she had made a payment by Thursday. At that time, Her father threw $338.30 in cash at me and left the store with the dress_ I since have reviewed everything and have noticed two errors on my part. None of which were in any intention to rip her off. I merely wanted her out of my store as my child was watching all of this and the trick or treating event had begun and the stores were all filled with children.
#1 I did not have her initial the rewriting of the contract once I removed the alteration fee, changed the design fee,  added the late fees, and received her payment in full,
#2 When the contract was re written I gave her a $400.00 credit for payment not a $401.25. will refund her mother the amount of $1.25 for the miss calculation.
Resolution, The refund of $1.25 can be issued via Square to her mother as she was the one who made the deposit. I however have no reason to stop harassment or apologize as I am the one being harassed and have done nothing outside the guidelines of my contract in which she signed on 7/24.
Thank you for your time. Please let me know if you need any further information.
