I have purchased Seiko Lord Two-Toned Stainless Steel Fixed Swarovski Crystal Bezel Ladies Watch SRLZ88P1, order #[redacted] on * of December2014.
On ** of December they have provided me shipping confirmation with INVALID tracking number [redacted]. They have also confirmed that the shipment is not trackable, however I'll receive in 2-3 weeks. I did not receive the item until ** of January 2015. The shipment is not trackable and on my numerouse requests to find the item they just reply : "you will receive in 2-3 weeks, the shipment is not trackable"... They have stolen my money.

Review: I purchased a Hamilton Men's H68411533 Khaki Field Black Dial Watch through [redacted] from CreationWatches in December 2012 (order [redacted]). After I received the watch it began losing time (a few minutes a day). In January 2013 I returned the watch to CreationWatches for repair. It has been 1 year since the watch was sent for repair and it has not been returned yet. I have contacted CreationWatchs several times inquiring about the watch and have requested a refund if it cannot be repaired. Each time I contact them they tell me they will get back to me but they never do.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the cost of the watch ($280.00).
