This business is very dishonestI was told I had a mouse problem in the attic; I had a pest control service come out and was told no such problemCAS wanted to put chicken wire in my attic and charge me $for a "problem" that didn't exist
I was also told I needed lbs of Freon in my ACI was told by other AC companies if this was so I would have had a terrible leak in my AC and it wouldn't have been running properly if this were trueI was charged for Freon that wasn't necessary and told a lie about a mouse infestation that wasn't true The salesman was pushing hard to write up a contract to put the chicken wire in my attic; which I didn't
I called three reputable AC services and was told even if I did have a mouse problem their solution was ridiculous
I just want other consumers to be aware of the unprofessionalism of this business

Although the main contact person / gal is most professional and friendly sounding. They called almost daily for weeks to schedule an appointment even though I said I research it and call back if I was interested. They were over the top persistant.I did finally schedule to try but had to cancel the appointment for a small emergency. Then continued to call both home and cell phone again. I feel very wary about rescheduling again.

The entire experience with Creative air Solutions was excellent. From calling after hours and getting a human being, to a reassuring information intake, prompt scheduling, and the appointment day itself. No hard sell. Reasonable ratesespecially the service call charge and the application of that towards repair.

They called ahead on the day of; showed up within the time window; were completely professional; fixed the issue right away. Very pleasant and respectful. This is how it should be, folks. A top notch operation, I highly recommend Creative air Solutions Heating and air conditioning

Received call stating they would give free service. All was good except the freeon, freeon would soon be outlawed must go with Proon. AC was 19y/o so they switched, was informed they would receive better air, bill would be lower. Rep is George personal cell 213-268-3834, toll free 877-227-6205.called george to say they are NOT saving money because thermostate must be at 76 not 73 like usual. George said he wil be there to remove unit and has not shown up.
