To Whom It May Concern:I am writing this letter in the hope that once and for all I may end the extortion that I have been receiving from a former client, [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] made the decision to use my business, Creative Ambiance Events`s floral and rental services for her...

Memorial Day wedding at [redacted] in Bristol, Rhode Island. My troubles with Mrs. [redacted] began long before her wedding. In the months leading up to her wedding, Mrs. [redacted] and I discussed the details of her wedding mostly via email. In many of her responses to my emails, she replied in a curt and temperamental tone and at one point she said that she “didn`t have time to go back and forth” when all I was trying to do was get everything that she wanted for her wedding finalized. Even though Mrs. [redacted] was often rather rude towards me in her emails, I remained professional and pleasant and continued to give into her requests. At one point during the wedding planning process, Mrs. [redacted] notified me that she did not approve of the way that I format my contracts that I have clients sign, so she decided to write up her own version of the contract. In her version of the contract, Mrs. [redacted] added some items that were not in the original contract, but the final price did not increase, instead it remained the same. After going back and forth with her via email about adjusting the pricing, I decided to just do the work for the originally quoted price that I had quoted her before she added on the other items to her version of the contract. On May 30, 2016, the day of Mrs. [redacted]`s wedding, I delivered the flowers for the bridal party to her in the bridal suite at [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] immediately began hysterically yelling, telling me to “Get out!” and accused me of fraud because the garden roses and peonies did not have yellow- colored centers or were not Garden Roses at all and that is because they were not fully open. I have a letter from my floral supplier that states that I provided Mrs. [redacted] with the exact flowers that she ordered- pink garden roses and white peonies. I would also like to note that colors in flowers vary from bunch to bunch due to nature and growing circumstances. This is beyond my control and in the hands of Mother Nature if you will. While she continued to yell at me, I calmly tried to explain to Mrs. [redacted] that the reason as to why the roses were not fully open was because I had stored them in a cool place in order to make sure that they did not open completely and die before the day of her wedding. As I began to try and open the roses a little more for her manually with my hands, she continued to yell and scream at me and completely defame my character in front of my peers at [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] eventually threw me out of the bridal suite. Even though Mrs. [redacted] had ordered me to leave, my team members and I remained on site to complete our job quietly in the garden where her ceremony was about to take place. My team members and I completed the job in a calm and professional manner. At this point in the day the reception area and all other aspects of the wedding decor that we were responsible for had been completed. Mrs. [redacted] stated that after I left the bridal suite that my team members and I were “storming around” the property. This statement is false since my team members and I did not re-enter the reception area until Mrs. [redacted] was elsewhere. There was nothing to “storm around” about considering that everything was completed, and my team members and I left the site once the garland that was used during the ceremony was then moved to the bride/groom chairs in the reception areas. After her wedding, Mrs. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] bashed my services on my business`s [redacted] page even after she had signed a non-disclosure and mediation agreement in her contract. One of the things that is mentioned in my non-disclosure and mediation agreement is that if I feel that I am being abused in anyway or feel threatened by a client due to their behavior, that I have the right to refuse service to the client. Despite Mrs. [redacted]`s extreme abusive behavior towards me on site, I completed my job and provided her with beautiful flowers and décor for her wedding, even though I had the right to take everything away and leave the job site right then and there. Since Mrs. [redacted] had signed this agreement, she knew beforehand that I expected & deserved to be treated with respect by her. Mrs. [redacted] also contacted me and demanded that I let go of any intellectual property rights to her wedding photos and that I remove any photos from her wedding that had been featured on Creative Ambiance`s social media accounts. The photos from Mrs. [redacted]`s wedding have been released to me by her wedding photographer (whom we have been published with several times before) . It was the photographer who had published the photos on [redacted] and had credited Creative Ambiance for the flowers and décor by “tagging” us in the photos. I would also like to mention that on the wedding photographer`s [redacted] page, Mrs. [redacted] commented on how “beautiful” everything in the photos (including the flowers) was. Mrs.[redacted] also claims that I was cruel towards her mother-in-law on the day of the wedding. The truth is that after Mrs. [redacted] had yelled at me and accused me of fraud, I went over to her mother- in-law, took her hand, and kindly told her how sorry I was that her daughter-in- law was unhappy and that I had tried to open the roses for her. Mrs. [redacted]`s mother-in-law then began saying that my work was awful and atrocious in a very loud voice and joined the bride in defaming my character publicly. I have to say that I have never been spoken to that way before and really was dumbfounded as to what to say. I basically had no response as she was borderline psychotic.I admit that we did make one error & had issues in one of the expected design elements. A small headpiece was forgotten at the shop for one of the flower girls. We had made an error in the count upon leaving. We also opted to make a change due to the heat and substituted the provided headpieces with silk flower attachments instead of fresh. They had basically perished on the way to the venue. I discovered my error and apologized while [redacted]’s mother tried to calm her. I promptly made a pin on corsage and one of the mothers gave the small bouquet to the flower girl to hold. It was all somewhat resolved when [redacted] began screaming yet again. I would be happy to refund her the $15 for the missing headpiece, but after the wedding, six of the large silver plated vases (Valued at over $49 each) were rentals were not returned, and one was smashed into pieces when we returned to pick up.I also received a lengthy email from Mrs. [redacted] that stated all of the things that I had done “wrong” with regards to her wedding flowers and that if I did not mail her a check for $1500 (which is a 50% refund) by June 21, 2016, and that she would file a complaint against Creative Ambiance Events with the Revdex.com and file a case in court if I did not return said moneys.Below I have attached some of the professional wedding photos that were released to me by the photographer that showcase the bridal party`s flowers. I have also attached a copy of two emails that Mrs. [redacted] sent to me- the most recent one states that if I do not send her a check for $1500 that she will proceed with filing a claim against Creative Ambiance with the Revdex.com & court, and the second I received right after the wedding that is essentially a list of everything that I did “wrong” on her wedding day. Please be advised that everything was provided for this couple, and the photos speak beauty for themselves. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this letter. It is ridiculous in nature and I am hoping that you too will see what it clearly exemplifies.Sincerely,[redacted] Owner and Head Designer of Creative Ambiance EventsEmail #1:From: [redacted] <[redacted].[redacted]@[redacted].com> Date: Fri, Jun 17, 2016 at 3:30 PM Subject: Fwd: Re: Thank you for contacting Creative Ambiance! Re: Details To: [redacted] <[redacted]@creativeambianceevents.com>Good afternoon! This is a reminder that $1500 is owed per the below email. If I do not receive payment by Tuesday June 21st we will proceed with the Revdex.com and filing small claims court. I will also remind you again to remove my photos from your [redacted] page. I do not want my face or anyone's face from our wedding on your [redacted] page.Thank you[redacted]Email #2From: "[redacted]" <[redacted].[redacted]@[redacted].com> Date: Jun 7, 2016 1:31 PM Subject: Re: Thank you for contacting Creative Ambiance! Re: Details To: "[redacted]" <[redacted]@creativeambianceevents.com> Cc:Good Afternoon [redacted],I just wanted to write to you to express my complete dissatisfaction of your floral services in addition to your professionalism. I have complied a list of items that were on the contract that never came to fruition and am requesting a 50% refund in the amount of $1500.1. Toss bouquet was never provided 2. 3 flower girl headpieces ( were supposed to consist of a vine and have mini roses (you provided 2 silver elastic headbands with one fake flower) 3. All of the bouinteers fell apart within an hour of them being worn, they weren't event put together properly and had no accents just two smaller than normal rannunculus 4. The bridesmaids bouquets - had regular roses with mini roses sticking out the tops. These were supposed to be full garden roses which you advised hadn't opened yet because you ordered them late and they hadn't had the chance to open - however the roses never opened. 5. Votive candles- were not present- [redacted] catering had to bring these in 6. table knots - were too small and were causing the table numbers to fall over so [redacted] had to go back and upgrade these to larger knots 7. No anemones were found at all as previously discussed and on contract for reception flowersThese are just the specifics of what was lacking per our contract and numerous conversations. You also had several emails and confirmation of photos of what was to be expected and failed to produce. The sizes of the bouquets for myself, bridesmaids and MOB and MOG were appalling and were atrociously put together. I won't even discuss the pathetic excuse of boutineers the men were given to wear that fell in apart in less than an hour of them wearing them. I have contrasting photos between what was expected and what we received. Furthermore, your lack of professionalism and aggressive behavior not only to myself but to my mother in law was atrocious. As stated above I'm requesting $1500 to be sent to me immediately. If I not receive this by 06/21/2016 I will proceed with filling a complaint against your company with the Revdex.com. Please make the check out to the below:[redacted]
