ok I understand and accept.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Is it possible to include the picture of the CD with fingerprints AND scratches to prove I wasn't lying?
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I worked on [redacted] canvas diligently. I am always amazed on how much time it takes to make a canvas, this is not something you can do easily or fast, it is not a point and shoot process.&ikii'5 canvas was extremely complicated. Usually an uncomplicated completed canvas  would take me...

about two months, [redacted]'s canvas was like doing two canvases in one. I do appreciate when clients call in to ask me how it's going. I told [redacted] with every call, that I was working on it very hard and that it was a complicated canvas that needed time. When [redacted] picked up the items in her package at the parking lot she did tell me that the cd had fingerprints on I I did not see any scratches at that time.  I do not eat greasy food, so the fingerprints were not "greasy".I did tell her to wipe the fingerprints oft'. Actually it is best for a cd to wipe vigorously with a soft cloth on the cd before putting it into a computer, it makes for better contactalso didn't gee [redacted] photos from the [redacted] Shoot and was promised the would be [redacted] I called, didn't • call beck [redacted] then they showed up in the [redacted] 2 days later, AGAIN [redacted] FINGER PRINTS AU. OVER IT.The reminder call from [redacted]was received the week after we met at the parking lot. The pictures were sent by certified mail,Iam including stub has the .data..unless the post office is very slow it was not two weeks.Itook special care to wipe down the cd before Imailed it but retrieving a cd from a mailed package would create fingerprints on the ed. Again wiping a cd vigorously with a mil. cloth is best for the cd before putting it into a computer.Ag I told [redacted] I would be happy to put the tattoos on her son. She accepted the canvas saying she liked it and thatIwould take too long putting the tattoos on her son. Ipaint in a way that is my style and· ·saw many examples of my work before she signed the contract. The mermaid tail changing from blue to purple was an aesthetic decision to make the composition work. She said she liked the picture when she picked it up; there was no comment about the color of the tail until now. Again I told her on the phone before she accepted the canvas that Idid not have room on the canvas to put her in pregnant. She accepted the canvas the way Icreated it saying she liked it.Iam not a commercial artistand Icreate canvases using my own aesthetic judgment, which was explained to [redacted]before she signed the contract. She never talked to me about any ofabove concerns, except that her son did not have tattoos (which I said I would be glad IQ.fix). I always act in a concerned and caring way with the people I come in contact with,. I do not say insulting things or say bad words, which would be unprofessional. And never did [redacted]ask me for a refund, that conversation did not happen. If she wanted a partial refund before I put all the months of work into the canvas something could have been worked out. Now she has all the goods, in digital form, which cannot be returned[redacted] any one can make a copy of digitals.I am sorry [redacted] is not happy. When I first met [redacted] I thought she was one of the most beautiful women I had ever  sen, and her personality was easy and fun to work with. I always looked forward to talking with her, and meeting with her. She was one of my favorite clients. That is why Ivolunteered to do an extra free photo session of her pregnant with mum flowers, which I provided. She was a wonderful model. I know after women give birth they have they have mood and personality swings. I noticed when she picked up her artwork from me that I barely recognized her as her physical appearance had changed.  [redacted]

**Found t<amme Studios at the Hawaii Babv Expo, won a 'discounted' photo shoot. She promised to put mv husbands tattoos on my son and to make me and my new born mermaids with teal tails as well as rncfude me being pregnant in the photos. My portrait work is done thru Creative Art Unlimited as was printed on [redacted]'s copy of the signed contract as well as all the items she would get When [redacted] signed up with me for a portrait of herself and her two children she was pregnant and we first took pictures of her pregnant with a mermaid tail on. Also, took the most beautiful photoshave ever done of [redacted]pregnant with mmn flowers. She paid for these photos separately, which I printed out for her, andheardher say she was very happy with them. These photosare a different thyme, without the mermaid tail. When [redacted] signed up she was told, as I tell allmy clients, that I create original works of art on a canvas, they are part photography and part painting,do not plunk subjects into a premade background.include extra, photos from the photo shoot on a cd at no charge, With no retouching involved.need time to create the canvas, as in months, and the picture composition has to be a work of art, not just a hodge-podge of photos. Art takes time. In this case it would have been much better ifshe had ordered two separatecanvases.am not a commercial artist, but a fine artistmake all the aesthetic decisionsIcannot paint what is insomeone else's mind. We brain storm at the beginning of the      work about the subject, but art has to flow and sometimes everything does not fit into one canvas. A canvas with [redacted] as a mermaid, and another canvas with her son riding a shark would have been a better choice aesthetically .Idefinitely had a space problem getting everything into one canvas and stillhave a composition that works aesthetically .Isaid to [redacted] on the phone before she picked up the canvas thatdid not have room on the canvas to put her on as a pregnant mermaid. The composition was just too busy and the quality of composition would have suffered. She did not object on the phone,2.Aside from not getting anvthlng lwas promised, Kamme never communicated with me to consult me on Issues involving anv or mv promised elements of the photos. She forgot about meet up dates, Iwalted 2 hours at her studio while she made excuses, and was veryunprofessional. What [redacted] was told she was getting when she signed up was written on her signed contract:One canvas image, two [redacted], one cd with canvas imageand a signed release by parent and artist [redacted] picked up all the above items, she read and signed the release first, which isincluded which includes the statement:\  [redacted]also wrote on a separate piece of paper, when she picked by the pictures and cd that she liked the picture, except that I did not put tattoos on her son. I told [redacted]at that time that I would be glad to paint the tattoos on her son, but I would need the canvas to work on.She picked up the canvas and grabbed it to her chest and said, "No, this is mine, you would take too long to put the tattoos on". She took the cd, her copy of the signed release and the canvas to her car where she had left her two small children alone, (I had agreed to meet [redacted]in a parking lot in Aiea to save her time coming to my studio). I had a phone call from her in a few days that I had left out some pictures of her and her new bom.I sent a new cd to her by certified mail with the images that were unintentionally left out because there were so many pictures of her I missed some in my huny to meet her on time at the parking lot. When I give photo session images to clients on a cd, they are the actualimages and not altered or retouched. I gave [redacted] every thing that was on the written andsigned agreement, plus more, extra images taken at the photo sessions at no charge, and a separate no charge photo session of [redacted]pregnant with mum flowers, where she was very beautiful and the photos were my very best, (she paid for the prints which I made). She wasan outstanding model. She told me she liked the photos very muclL An appointment to pickup her pregnancy pictures got mixed up as I was at UH attending a class. I rushed from the class to meet her and apologized I did not yell or scream at her or act "unprofessional" I said I was sorry for the schedule mix up. She was happy to have the pictures.Regarding "elements" of the canvas, ldo no.t , ooslllt wiU>ts rcprrligg iM a<liJW jgg_of " lemcAtl"m:itiI m@bJhe mlheti& jwtgme 1U5. (She needs to pay a commercial artist, not a fme artist, to do a picture with her step by step). She was informed BEFORE she picked up the canvas that I could not fit her pregnant into thecanvas. She said, and wrote, that she liked the canvas when she picked it up and signed the release. I would have been happy to put the tattoos on her son at that time.3.She a'5o forgot about mo completely. lhad to call her on multipte occasions to 4sk about the progress. 1didn't receive my photos bll almost 4 months after I was promised thay would be done, the CD disk with all my raw photos in it had scratehes and greasy finger prints au over it . When t told her myconcern she said "wipeIt off. It's fine."··When [redacted] was to pick up the photos of the extra, no charge photo shoot, the schedule got mixed up as I was attending some very important classes at UH. On November 9, 2015 I received her phone call and I immediately left my class and walked half a mile towb'm my car was parked and returned to my studio, about a twenty minute drive. This iswhat happened, it was not an "excuse". I apologized over and over and she politely said she understood. Being ''unprofessional", I simply did my best under the circumstances. I do not use bad language, or shout and scream at clients. I am considerate and patient. When I give photo session images to clients on a cd, they are the actual images and not altered or retouched I gave [redacted] every thing that was on the written and signed agreement plus more, extra images taken at the photo sessions at no charge, and aseparate no charge photo session of Bikki pregnant with mum flowers, where she was verybeautiful and the photos were my very best, {she paid for the prints which I made). She was an outstanding model. She told me she liked the photos very much.s.I soent over $800 on photo$ that h.cj no tattoos on my son, mo and my [redacted] had mermaid tolls that [redacted] cdltcd and In the wrang  olon,I am not featured [redacted]. When I [redacted] she acted Irritated with me and very unprotosslonaJ.Iasked ror a refund countless  ttmct. and she woufd change the subject. r am very angry with the [redacted] and [redacted] neverrecommend anyone use this stucllo for their photos.[redacted]  [redacted]

[redacted] the production of fme art and photos (not limited to pregnancy and newbQm)Perhaps [redacted] failed to read her contract., as she does not know my company name. Also, we had to wait for [redacted]to give birth, which added time length to complete the project.I am still very wiHing to work with [redacted]and can provide her with a digital image of the canvas of her son with tattoos on him I am willing to change the purple tail to a blue tail, I can put her pregnant on a rock in the background (she will be small) and take out the extra pictures of her older son.Ifshe returns the original canvas to me I will refund the $63.00 printing fee. She can use the refund to have the new digital image printed. $63.00 is what I paid to have it printed.I love the work I do and love working with families of all nationalities. My many years of creating this art hu made me a very accomplished artist. I always do my best, even if it takes more time. Art takes time.
