Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Our truck would have left the highway on its own if your tow truck did not hook up to ours while PO was building the report gathering information. It was a forcible tow that we did not need and not willing to pay for.

Accident happened Autorama did not arrive until 15 to 20 minutes later after receiving the call from NYPD requesting to respond. If the truck was drivable why not take off before Autorama arrived? As instructed by NYPD Autorama removed truck off the roadway safely in a timely manner so traffic flow can resume without and hold up as we have done for 20 years. This may not satisfy the owner of the truck but it is clear that this truck was not in any driving conditions if this was the situation we would have escorted the truck off the highway as we have done before.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Autorama's tow truck blocked our truck being in front of it and simply lifted it up without our permission. Allegations that our truck would not start are simply not true. Right after tow truck unhooked our truck continued driving. The spilled fluid was water and they can keep the $75 for the bag of cleaning product, but the lift and tow was no consensual but forcible. We do not appreciate that kind of business and require the money back. Attaching two trucks together rather created more danger then made road safer. On the picture attached it is easy to see that even our bamper and grill are intact so there is not even no talking about truck not being operational.
