Review: Mike E[redacted], the owner of Creative Autosound Inc., refuses to refund $50 from the total deposit of $400 for installation of GPS/Back-up Camera system on 2014 [redacted], which I cancelled.On Thursday June 12, 2014 Mr. E[redacted] agreed to install a GPS/Back-up camera system in the 2014 [redacted] for $700. He requested a deposit of $400 for this installation. He stated he did have the part in his shop and took it upon himself to order the part 2nd day air. In the interim, on the following day, I contacted [redacted] Customer Service and I was advised that installation of after-market GPS/back-up camera system could affect the warranty on the electrical system in the 2014 [redacted]. On June 13, 2014, I cancelled the installation immediately. On June 16, 2014, Mr. E[redacted] issued me a $350 check. He claims he will keep the remaining $50 for shipping and handling.Desired Settlement: Refund $50 that Mr. E[redacted] owes me.
