Creative Backyard Concepts has come to the following conclusions:1) The binding contract between both parties was successfully executed, the project completed and the customer stated they were very happy at that time.2) All payments on this project were made on time by the Homeowner, Mr. [redacted], and they had no complaints at all or even a mention of dissatisfaction with any aspect of this project. That came at a later time and was initiated by his wife. They then showed us a competitors estimate that included the fans, we never agreed to match that estimate, nor did we include that in any wording on our contract. We did send an electrician over however, the electrician called us and said the gate was locked, plus no ceiling fans were left out. We took the $ 250 loss for his trip fee and materials he purchased. 3) Creative Backyard Concepts is not going to compensate any monies. We have offered in good faith, to come out within (3) days to wire the electrical for their fans at my own expense. They rejected that offer.4) As stated in previous response, they threatened our company with a negative Revdex.com review to try to force us to concede to their demands for compensation.
