Review: On 2/01/14 I purchased 2 items from this store, a Wella mousse and a Sudzz gel. The Sudzz gel didnt work and Karen, the manager would only exchange it for me one time for another product, Enjoy Strong Holding Gel because she said the manufacturer doesnt credit her. Since then the Wella mousse didnt work either,and the Enjoy gel is too strong and sticky for styling and makes my hair dull. So, neither product works for me. So, because Karen said the manufacturer doesnt credit her, I contacted Wella who said its because its not a STYLING mousse, its a CONDITIONER, and shouldnt have been sold as a styling product.I also contacted Enjoys corporate office and spoke with Sabrina in Customer Service at ###-###-####, Ext. 106, and she said they DO refund this merchant, and its their responsibility to honor the customers return, and then they refund the merchant. So, I called the merchant again at ###-###-#### on 03/12/14 at the Oxnard location and gave them this new information. However, they refused to credit me. I feel this merchant has very poor customer service from the manager, and that the manager misrepresents the return policy because she doesnt want to spend the time returning products to the manufacturer.Desired Settlement: I would like my debit card to be refunded the entire amount of $34.36 which is $33.83 for the original transaction on 02/01/14 and the additional $.53 I paid for the exchange on 02/06/14.I have both of my receipts.
