the consumer that would have been responsible for returning them But, I did order the part and have the spare piece needed to do the work It took me months to get the necessary part from the supplier because of the bad winter we had, they said they were having trouble getting the necessary partI will be back in MA in August and will contact Dr*** to install the piece that failed
