My wired Internet connection has been down or flaky for 2-months***
was the Support until recently, *** bought them outThe wireless has
also been flakyrecently they were onsite to finally fix the issue(s)
However, no one has been in contact with me to fix the wired network
connection to my apartmentIt isn't the actual network at my apartment, it
is the service to itAlso a side note: when *** was still supporting
Keystone, I had to wait year to have the network port in my living room
fixedit turned out to be only the wall jackI am being blown off by
the apartment complex by emailing me a name, phone number, or email
addresswhere I'm getting no responseThank You for any help you can
