3/19/18 Re: Notice 1*** My position in this matter is that I supplied The H*** with multiple floor plans, detailed revised estimates, meetings with subcontractors, meeting with suppliers, kitchen plans that they used to purchase cabinets from another supplier, hours of my time
& all my design ideas that they decided now to use with another contractorThey wanted more of my design ideas without giving me a commitment to do the entire projectBeing we signed a contract for $5,not the entire $74,000+/-, I need to get paid for the mentioned above, which was all done after the original estimateI charged them accordingly & returned $1,on March 14th as I said I would in all the emails you received from themIt was their decision to decide they didn't want to do business with me, not my decision, if decided not to business with them I would not expect to be paid for my services. I feel the H*** have unethically reached out to you & other agencies in this matterI feel they have made statements & have stated "I refused to return their down payment" which is completely not trueI am including a copy of the cashier's check that I paid them $1,I hope this helps clarify this matter & my name. I am rejecting this response because: Jeff J*** failed to supply us with any blue prints or actual costs, just kept saying he will draw that on the floor for us! We had to contact the Deptof Labor and industry, which regulate contractors license in the state of MNAttached the letter we've received for MN Deptof Labor and Industry informing us that Jeff J*** does NOT have a contractor license and is being investigated for engaged in unlicensed activity in violation of MN stat32Bsubdsand 3. Jeff J***, and whatever company name he is using now, is illegally practicing contracting in the state of MN and his initial work with us clearly shows his lack of understanding the technical work that the state of MN requires to license contractors. We are SO glad that we haven't had him start any construction and even put one nails in our basement that could of turn to a nightmare! We've also filed a small claim with Dakota country for the entire $5,plus court fees ($77) and we have a hearing on April 23rf,
We're not going to be bully and will not stop until we recover our $5,Our goal with the Revdex.com complaint, is to warn other consumers not to fall for this scammer! Thanks, The H***
