I contacted the company to commission an 8mm bead of my company logo. they produced an image that was satisfactory and asked for a $300 deposit. I paid it and then I was sent an image of a bead that was not the original image sent. I sent an email and was assured that I would receive the casting of the first image but they were not willing to do a refund. I sent the deposit through *** and then received a message asking for my credit card info plus address as their *** was no longer working. I did not send the info. They then told me they would send me a sample of the bead in the mail and it has not arrived. They will not track there package either.
Customer commissioned an 8mm custom bead to match his logo for which he paid a deposit of $300. The setup fee was quoted as $340. I produced and mailed a plated sample of the bead for his approval, via USPS, with a tracking number. Due to COVID-19, mail delivery has been erratic. I tracked this package, and after 10 the tracking wasn't being updated, so I mailed another sample via priority mail. I provided the original tracking number to the customer for his reference. The priority mail arrived in two days, and a few days later the original package was also delivered to the customer. Customer stated that the bead met with his approval, however is considering a larger size bead.
