This clearly shows that ** *** was informed she was going to receive a 3rd payment PRIOR to her even applying! No guarantees or promises were made then or anytime thereafter

[At no point did we request that he call us to make unsolicited sales callsTHat is a lieI called him on his celllphone after the 3rd phone cal in minutesand only when he called back using his cellphone since we would not accept calls from his business phoneHe then called us from his cell phone that showed the name Daniel W*** so that we would answer his callhe then proceeded to mock me by saying I was a male secretary answering the call (when in fact, I'm the manager of this place)I then called him back on his cell phone and told him that I have his name and phone number and he will be reported if he kept calling and he STILL after that called more timesthe easiest resolution would be for him to STOP CALLING US ]

What happened was that my company called multiple times because we had a scheduled call back at the request of the ownerThe gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude and would not let us explain that we were calling at the owners requestAfter trying a few times we decided to not have
the situation escalate any further and just call at another timeThen, this complaintant went as far as to go on our website and called us twiceThe number on our website is my direct cell phone number and he called cursing and hung up again twiceI understand he was doing his job by screening the calls but any and all unprofessionalism was done solely on his part

As I stated earlier, this gentleman is not the owner and we were asked to call back on that day and time at the owners requestThe manager would not let us explain the situation and kept hanging up on usThe manager went as far as to get the number off of our website, which is the cell phone number to our VP Daniel WienerHe called twice from different numbers cursing and screaming at the VP and hung upThe VP then proceeded to call back twice on each number to address the complaint and resolve the issue but the manager answered and did not speak or picked up and hung up(see attached for documents)There was no mocking of any kind, this is another fabrication made by the manager We never wanted this situation to escalate and since this incident we have removed the number from our call list, destroyed any and all contact sheets for this business and will not reach out to the business anymore

This company continues to make fraudulent statements! I explained to Tan I did not need another daily and I was able to cover my expenses without adding a 3rd daily and that I simply wanted to consolidate the two daily payments I already had.  Tan told me he understood what I was trying to accomplish and that he would be able to help me accomplish that goal .  Instead of helping me accomplish my goal he employed deceptive business tactics to gain revenue for his company.  I want it to go on record that this company uses deceptive tactics to gain business. Attached is an email that Mr Tan S[redacted] sent me after we had a conversation about what I wanted to do with his company (Blue collar )and he agreed to get it done for me.  The response I just read from this company just confirms my thought of this company and validates my actions for reporting them to your company.  I will pursue going after them with the attorney general office.

[redacted] submitted an application to us back on November **,2016. It was explained to her that since her balances with her other 2 companies were too high in relation to her monthly gross, that an additional advance would be the only option for her at this time. On 11/**/2016, [redacted]...

proceeded to accept and execute an agreement provided to her on an additional advance, as this is the only option her situation called for at that time. No where did we promise nor guarantee any other options in any time frame either leading up to that contract or moving forward. [redacted] recently contacted our company saying we had promised her a line of credit or a term loan. We explained to her that we can submit her for review on these programs but that it does require additional paperwork and since her monthly gross was merely a fraction of what she had been doing prior to our first contact with her, I explained I would not be hopeful for an approval. I told her what she would need in order to submit for review, which she had never sent to us so she was never officially declined. It seems to me that her business is not doing as well as she anticipated and is now looking to push blame on someone else when it was her own actions that has her in this position. [redacted] should take responsibility for her own actions and not try to slander a company that did nothing but attempt to help her in time of need.
