I am rejecting this response because:
We came to the store multiple times within the 7 day return period and were told the manager would contact us and never did; not to mention, never once reinformed us of the 7 day policy. Had we known of the return policy rather than being told the manager would contact us, I would have made a visit everyday in those 7 days until I had the working vapes I paid for. The staff continued to beat around the bush until we had no option but to mail it to the manufacturer. They even offered to give us a vape one of the employees had at their home that was apparently brand new. Unprofessional. Hopefully, the manufacturers are much more help than the creative cigs employees; otherwise a lot of money has been wasted on THREE faulty products. I will never shop at this vape store again even though they are only 5 minutes from my house. Had I felt like the staff actually tried to help, I wouldn't be so bitter towards the situation. They are very unprofessional and should not own a business.
