I would like to ask [redacted] to meet at a Revdex.com location suggestion for mediation.I am willing to offer a discount on this invoice after we negotiate a payment plan to spread out the cost over a couple months. It was her first choice to involve the Revdex.com once she received our invoice for her requested and scheduled workI am including a picture showing her ability to be dishonest and that a statement she made early on is untrue

Although I am glad the Revdex.com is able to help consumers as well as business', this seems like a personal attack on meThere is much in this claim that is untrueI am not sure if I should include those documents here or notMy challenge to this claim is as follows..If there is a man raising his voice and making children uncomfortable you call the policeYou don't wait and contact the Revdex.comThe correspondence I received hours after leaving the residence says nothing to that effect also[redacted] asked me two times to order her a door, after she changed her mind and decided not to go to [redacted] and get a doorI'm not sure but I think [redacted] would not give her the doorAt 6:Friday Jan 16th again [redacted] asks me if I have her doorI confirm that I have picked it up for her, after I met with her and she gave me a 2" by 2" piece of stained wood to match the color. She asked me to install the door on Monday the 19thI kept her up to date on the progress of machining and finishing the door over the weekendThings became strange when at around pm the 19th she requested I not come at pm, but I come earlierI told her I had planned my day for pm and might be a few minutes early but that was itThen she seemed to get personalI showed up at the residence just before I removed the existing door and did some on site cutting to fit the new doorI started to hang the new door in place and she stopped me and claimed that the wood grain is different and I should get the correct oneI told her I could not control the natural grain of wood and that all pieces of wood are naturally differentI offered two make the color different three different timesStain colors are my personal specialtyI believe the color matches perfectlyIn a message I received from [redacted] minutes before I arrived she told me "I am in a bad mood." What I find strange is she does not mention in her clain that she helped hold the new door for part of the work that was performed and I don't like making this comment, but this seems like extreme buyers remorseAs far as what is itemized in the invoice, the labor to "remove" a door, is to describe the labor it takesReinstalling the new door is there because it was attached to the hinges on the wall and there is significant labor in attaching a door to a pre existing door jamb in a wallIt does not just magically fitIt has to be cut on site to fitThe door she ordered is with meIt is correct in all ways, size, color and swingI would install the door still if there was an agreementI would still change the color if she wishes. If this is settled through the Revdex.com I will honor the amount of the invoiceIf it is not there is a line item missing for a fee of $additional

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I do not understand what the business means by "honor the amount of the invoice" I will not be paying him for something he said was a gift, my landlord has fixed the old door now, and do not need or want this gift that now he wants to charge me forI won't pay for something he didn't do and for something I don't have and frankly don't care for dealing with this kind of person who is lying on his response saying things that are not trueThis whole situation regarding this gift has been incredibly stressfulI will always trust my gut from now on and never allow a man who is interested me on a personal level try to help me out as I can see now his gift after things turn sour can be manipulated and turned into "extreme buyers remorse" [redacted]

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Once again this is not entirely the truth...yes I did send him that BUT that message was in response to *** suggesting to me that I lie and say my child broke the doorI've attached pics to proveNot that I should have to explain myself but *** doesn't even know what happened he assumed what occurred off the messageI had a moment yes while holding furnitureI thought the door was openIt was closed and so yes was my doing so shouldn't have hit it so hard but was trying to move furniture and open a door at the same timeSo I swung back and bamHole in the door! It's not a real wood door and they are easily damagedI think anyone carrying something heavy and trying to open door and keep kids out of the moving path would get frustrated it was an accidentNot all people understand thoughI didn't know if my landlord would be as in lease says no damage to property allowed but they have been very understandingAccidents happenI will not be meeting with *** for mediation and will NOT be paying for a job once again he did not doHe can sell the door or take it back, it was not what I ordered it is the wrong size, wrong wood, and wrong colorYes I can prove this as wellAll you have to do is look at both doors, wood type colors and size! He ordered wrong type of wood cut wrong size and stained wrong color and said "no one can tell the difference"I can! And that's not what I orderedAnd like I mentioned before my landlord has fixed the door nowI asked *** not to show up several times before he did and him showing up alone without my consent was bothersome enough I should've called the police thenI don't care for drama around my kids or in my life so I chose not to call the policeThe only reason I let him in is because when I opened the door he had his daughter with him and I didn't want her to see her dad being told to leave my propertyAlthough I mentioned in txt not to show up He insisted he was helping me he insisted it would not be wise to tell my landlord and insisted *** *** has a huge mark up on doorsI'm a single mom of and had a vehicle that was having severe mechanical issues he insisted this was to help take a load off my plateThen he insists the door is a gift and is correct in all ways shape and size according to him and he's the 'professional' so I should just agree with himWell, I did not agree and he sends me an invoice after refusing gift and refusing a date with himThis is incredibly stressful if I need to get a attorney I'll be making my attorney aware of the emotional stress I've endured due to this situationIf he will not delete my invoice as requestedFrom the beginning I mentioned to *** that I wanted to tell my landlord and he became very pushy on helping meNot once did he mention I'd owe him not once did he have me sign an agreementNot once did he mention his costs of serviceThere was no speak of what I would owe him, he said he was helping me and this was a giftYou can not charge people for gifts just because your feelings were hurt When he was looking for doors is the ONLY time he mentioned pricesthe prices he gave me he claimed was the *** ***s mark up pricing so I told him Id go to *** *** and look there but yet he still continued to order oneObviously when you have someone saying that they will help you and it's a gift and you're struggling financially and the person is pushy in helping you ...you'll choose them over *** *** so to speakSo I never actually went to *** ***But I'm sure if I did they'd give me a doorYou pay them and you get what you pay for pretty simpleNot sure why *** thinks they wouldn't give me a door? However I had no way to know it would turn into this stressful messI'm unable to sleep right now due to thisI gave him measurements back in December when he first insisted on helping and twice told me my door was in when then said it wasn'tHe the professional should have came and got all the door information for himself if this was a true job for a customer so it would be precise and correct in all waysHe did not even look at the door to figure out type of wood before ordering a doorI will attach pictures of txt messages that I have to show proof of everything I am claimingThe option to attach files only let's me attach but I do have more*** himself said I stopped him from going further with the door because right away I noticed the door was not what I wantedI told him it simply didn't match in any way and he insisted on trying to fit the door and try to convince me otherwise . Regards,*** ***

man raising his voice and making children uncomfortable you call the police. You don't wait and contact the Revdex.com. The correspondence I received hours after leaving the residence says nothing to that effect also.[redacted] asked me two times to order her a door, after she changed her mind and decided not to go to [redacted] and get a door. I'm not sure but I think [redacted] would not give her the door. At 6:05 Friday Jan 16th again [redacted] asks me if I have her door. I confirm that I have picked it up for her, after I met with her and she gave me a 2" by 2" piece of stained wood to match the color. She asked me to install the door on Monday the 19th. I kept her up to date on the progress of machining and finishing the door over the weekend. Things became strange when at around 5 pm the 19th she requested I not come at 7 pm, but I come earlier. I told her I had planned my day for 7 pm and might be a few minutes early but that was it. Then she seemed to get personal. I showed up at the residence just before 7. I removed the existing door and did some on site cutting to fit the new door. I started to hang the new door in place and she stopped me and claimed that the wood grain is different and I should get the correct one. I told her I could not control the natural grain of wood and that all pieces of wood are naturally different. I offered two make the color different three different times. Stain colors are my personal specialty. I believe the color matches perfectly. In a message I received from [redacted] 15 minutes before I arrived she told me "I am in a bad mood." What I find strange is she does not mention in her clain that she helped hold the new door for part of the work that was performed and I don't like making this comment, but this seems like extreme buyers remorse. As far as what is itemized in the invoice, the labor to "remove" a door, is to describe the labor it takes. Reinstalling the new door is there because it was attached to the hinges on the wall and there is significant labor in attaching a door to a pre existing door jamb in a wall. I would install the door still if there was an agreement. I would still change the color if she wishes. If this is settled through the Revdex.com I will honor the amount of the invoice. If it is not there is a line item missing for a fee of $95 additional.
