They do not contact me, I think they hope I will just drop it.
I am the one initiating the settlement always, they pretty much ignore anything I send to themIt was a mistake to be involved with this companyIt is a bad experience for meTo date I am not paid for my sales and have lost my work, they are not replacing them. They act like they are the injured party, when actually, their behaviour and lack of good business practise caused all of this
They now,(May2014) say they will not work to settle because I involved a third party...Revdex.com...and that I should have worked with them privately to settleOf course I had no choice because they were not dealing with their business correctly nor paying me what they owed
Payments for agreed owed amounts have been on the way since November and even when we were face to face in New York, they still did not pay what they agreed they owed meI have all the documents and e mails to back up everything that I say here
I thought there was going to be a great relationship between this company and myself, sadly, it all went wrong
I cannot recommend this company to any artist

I have been initiating a resolution with the company they have not initiated a settlement at all..... to this date nothing is settled. In addition to my original complaint they have not published Elements of Expression, ( Sept 2013) a book to be published as part of my contract, no refund has been given and no explanation as to why it is not published. The company say that they sent me some of my photos but 2 of the packages went missing, UPS is not able to find them, they think the labels were illegible? maybe? not sure? In these packages there was supposed to be a payment to me. This was a further delay in any settlement that might happen. I have been told that payments were sent to me 3 times and each time they have been lost by UPS. (for 2 of these... no tracking number given) The company agrees that they owe me the amounts I invoiced them for but still do not pay. I have sent an invoice to the company for all monies owed to me via paypal but it is still not paid. I have done everything I can to help the company solve this issue, but they still do not pay me, and they have my work. I am told that their accounts department is not there, etc etc always another excuse not to pay. They owe me for a sale that they received money for and replacement of photographs that are either lost or damaged. I am not sure what happened to my work. I was told about many other sales and one more large sale that they were paid for, I have the email telling me they got the payment.... always so believable.
This is a very upsetting matter, I would not recommend any artist to do business with this company. nothing is as it seems. I have not asked for anything but what is fair, I could actually ask for much more, like the actual value of missing photos, I am only asking for replacement values. Do not do business with this company, it is my belief that you will not be paid for any sales and your work will be lost? damaged? or ? I know quite a few of the artists and non have been paid. I now need a refund for the Elements of Expression book not being published along with the agreed amounts on the invoice sent to them. Plus missing works sent March 2014. It appears that this company does not care about this report with the Revdex.com, they have not responded and seem to just keep on going, attracting more new artists with their well written invitations that make us feel special when in fact masses of artists receive the exact same letter, and creating small exhibitions that do not appear to help introduce us to anyone of value in the art world. At a recent one, I was in New York, I met absolutely no collectors, even though I had been told many times that some wanted to meet me, (that is why I travelled to New York), no one of interest in the New York Art Scene, if they were there they were not introduced to me, and the gallery was not even open when I took a friend to see my work, it is all very unprofessional and too many excuses are made by the company editorial director to excuse non payment, non publishing, lost work, damaged work, closed galleries, unable to make time to meet with clients ( I was not the only one) in New York to discuss the non payment issues or at my request show me my work. There always seems to be something more important for her to do , she excuses herself from meeting you because etc... many different reasons, she knows how to make us feel like the guilty ones by using excuses that we really should allow....like illnesses, etc. when we all know that in life and business we must take care of our clients always no matter what is going on personally. I saw a few of my pieces at the gallery but they were damaged, badly scratched acrylic etc. I am not sure that they even have an office, some of my work was sent to their address last year and it could not be delivered, was refused at the address.... they could not find the company there. I cannot say this for sure but I was to meet the editorial director there when I was in New York and of course the meeting was cancelled. One of my friends that lives close to New York tried to find them recently and could not. It is just another one of the weird facts that surrounds this company. You can now find rip off reports, scam book reports and craigs list reports from other artists that have had a similar experience. They were not there when I began my involvement.
I am only doing this report to help other artists not get into this mess that I am in. I do not believe that mine will be solved in my favour at all. Review: I am [redacted] an emerging Midwestern artist that has been represented by Creative Concepts Inc. a Brooklyn, New York based Art promotions/art dealer that contacted me last summer. I was an honored to be a part of their talented collection of International artists. They have been representing me for the last 9 months, and as my paid professional artists PR/Art Dealer they have recently in the last 3 months dropped the ball! Creative Concepts Inc., an office that communicated to me bi-weekly now has become increasingly difficult to communicate and trust. I participated in Their “Power of Perception” Art exhibition this past March in Downtown Harlem, New York. I sold one of four pieces they had on inventory for this exhibition that ran March [redacted]. Come April, sales consignment papers were sent and signed by both parties I am told. I called their offices daily and even sent e-mails. Only person that was able to talk to me was a receptionist all the way until the Middle of June! Finally after I had left a few unsettling but not rude voices mails and emails just voicing my concerns to just get back on a the same page of communication. Another associate responded to me by letting me know that the collector wouldn’t be able to make payment until the first week of July and until than we will send you two of your pieces we had on display including the one sold awaiting payment. Once payment is final we will pay for the work to be sent from your studio in Kansas to the Collector. I really appreciated them spending some of my art back and letting me know the two other pieces they would also send to me once found to comfort me. But it’s the lack of communication that makes me truly upset! So now it is almost August and I have been calling their offices most of all of July to check up on the other two pieces of artwork they have of mine and awaiting just information on payment! I have really been very patient and respectful but I am starting to lose my cool with these folks. I have even had legal conceal on this issue and have be advised I could press legally, but I do believe these people aren’t bad, but as a un employed artists these past few months have been extremely hard on me. When each piece of artwork is valued from $1500-$5000, this unprofessionalism and treatment of artists from a business that should carry their zip code very seriously as the center city of all worlds art, and I feel they haven’t! I have also been contacted by a few artists from other countries that have participated in the exhibition with me that sold more art than I did and dealing with the same issues I have. I hope to show in New York for many years to come, I just hope that next time it’s with people who care a little bit more about how they conduct business with emerging possibly influential art figures in the near future. As an seriously emerging young fine artists I have fees, deadlines, and other International shows to worry about, this lack of funds has put a serious dent in my plans to show this Fall show in my first Italy art exhibition! I am from an area that doesn’t see or sell art on the Elite scale I have just become a part of. So it’s a lot harder for me to make these things happen on my own budget when your “Paid” art reps doesn’t communicate or do anything for you but take your money and tell you they’ll call you back later!? As my first impression of New York Art Market, I just hope this isn’t the lasting impression of it. I just hope that with your establishments help we can clear up these issues as quickly as possible!!!! God bless talk to you soon!Desired Settlement: To get creative concepts to do their job better!

Good Day,

Review: The company in question signed a contract regarding the sale of a painting in which a wire transfer was to occur as of 10 days from this contract date--September [redacted]2013. Since this point, not only has the wire transfer not occurred, but two other paintings that were to be shipped back have not been received as well.Desired Settlement: 1) Desired funds to be wired to account as noted on contract.

2) Two remaining paintings to be shipped back with all necessary delivery numbers, etc.

Review: I'm not even quite sure where to start... with [redacted] and Creative Concept Inc. I cannot explain to you in words the trouble this woman caused in my life. She lied to me continually. I am certain she runs the other 2 emails as well. She fabricated fake emails from buyers, fake bank transactions. She overcharged my credit card $1600 and has still not paid it back. She lied to me again and again, led me on, and put me through a psychological ringer me for months. This woman cannot, and I can't stress that enough, be allowed to continue to do what she does. She used me for the flier for the show as the featured artist and this is how she treated me... Her game is to build up one's hopes, and with every letdown she has she baits you with another fake promise to continue to kick the can down the road. She caused countless issues in my own life as well as with my family. She told me the painting was bid on for 15k, then that she had another buy who could close for 21k but not until 2 weeks later. 2 weeks turned into a month. She promised me she could deliver the money to me in DC. She didn't. She told me she would have cash for me in NYC. So I drove up and then she was nowhere to be found. She led me on to believe I could have 2 other paintings sold to another fake buyer. so I brought those up and handed them over to her currier, who she pawns everything off on to hang below the radar. The currier didn't even have a car, so I ended up dropping him off at another location and he carried the paintings away down the street. She had a fabricated bank receipt for a transaction of 21k that didn't clear but she said it would in a week. Which never happened. Eventually I was completely mentally broken and it took the threat of a lawyer to have her return the paintings. This woman cannot be allowed to continue what she is doing. Period. She still hasn't returned the $1600 she overcharged which she promised me on countless occasions that she would, and even said it was shipped out at least 5 times.Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to repay me the $1600. She and her phony business needs to be shut down. She is a con-woman and cannot be allowed to continue any longer. It is not fair. And she will sweet talk you and make it seem like everything is ok but it isn't. Please shut this woman down for good.

Review: A contract was signed with [redacted], representative/agent of Creative Concept Inc for the amount of $2,100.00 to provide general representation and management of the artist, [redacted] for one year. Payment was received 12/**/12 by Creative Concept. The artist's works were to be included in a book project entitled "Revelations in Reality." Further stipulations of the contract included a completed website of the artist's works, exhibit opportunities, monthly email blasts and coaching by an artist rep. The company also promised to advertise through national publications in addition to making connections with other art professionals and marketing resources. Since none of the contracted specifications have been met, the artist, [redacted], requested a refund and a cancellation of contract. This was agreed upon by [redacted] with an official form issued to the artist by the accounts manager, [redacted], October * , 2013 stating that "Creative Concept Inc agrees to issue refund with 10 days........" No refund has been issued and communication has terminated.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $2,100.00. Should this not be issued, I plan to charge Creative Concept Inc. with fraudulent practices and will request the court to consider other expenses involved in reaching a settlement.

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered one print (Drawings of Michael Moore Page 7 Wolf full face) last

November. My CC was charged on 11/**/13. Then [redacted] emailed me and

told me there was a delay and she would issue me a credit. I accepted it and

just waited. After a while, I still got nothing. One lady called me and

apologized for the situation and said would give me full refund and the

print with a frame as a courtesy. So I believed them and didn't dispute my

credit card charge.

I think I emailed [redacted] in accounting office maybe 70 times. I don't want to

be an annoying customer and I really don't know what is going on. [redacted] told

me they sent the print 3 times, but I only had one tracking via [redacted] in

March. That shipment was lost. I understand it's [redacted]'s fault. So I waited

again. I was supposed to get a replacement shipment the following week and

it never happened.

Every time, they promise me they will send me my print and refund. However,

after almost one year, I received nothing. This print was a wedding gift and I

already missed the date in last year.Desired Settlement: REFUND MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT & SHIP MY ITEM

Sincerely,

Review: I 1st met [redacted] at Creative Concept inc March 2013. She wrote to me about my work and wanted to include me in one for her projects. At that time when I searched her online there were no bad reports at all. So I went ahead and joined her as one of her artists to be promoted etc. [redacted] was very happy and called me many times and answered emails within good timing. She told me that there were many requests about purchasing my work and asked me to join an exhibition in New York. I sold a large piece called Diamond Head which was sold and [redacted] received payment from the buyer. This was 6 months ago now and I still do not have my payment. I was recently in New York ,at another exhibition, I wanted to see if everything was as I am told, a great opportunity for [redacted] to pay me but she gave me the run around constantly, too busy etc to meet me and then when we did meet she did not have my money. I was to meet her on the last day before I left, at her offices. She sent me a message saying she was too busy, this should have been any good business persons 1st priority, to pay their client . My name was completely missing from the flyers at the exhibition as an artist, and she was to bring the flyer with my name on to me with the money she owed... to my hotel.

I actually went to the gallery and sent her a message to ask why it was closed, another lame excuse. [redacted] took this opportunity to go to my hotel with the replacement flyers, knowing I was not there....( which had a photo of mine with my name slapped across it, copyright..I am sure she made these flyers that morning.) She had no idea that my friend travelling with me would be there in the lobby, shocker, she did not have my check or cash, only the dreadful flyers. She then said that her assistant was bringing the money to the hotel, of course this was not true and eventually she said she would go to the office to get the check herself.

Then I got another message saying she could not do the check and it would be done next week. ( NOW)

Right now [redacted] has many of my photographs , she has told me in writing that she will pay me for my sold work and replace the damaged pieces. I have every email that was ever sent to me and all the agreements .

Because the outstanding payment is from 5 months ago and I was in New York face to face and received nothing it is time to report this and get help for a settlement.

If she sells the work she has it comes to about $50,000.00 to $80,000.00. I have agreed that she can pay for replacement value. She owes my $5600.00 for the sales, that is taking into consideration her %.

I am asking for the entire amount to be paid immediately as there is no more time left for delaying this. totalling $7000.00.

I am right now trying to resolve this with them.

I am about to get the run around on the one payment they told me had cleared, [redacted] told me it was cleared, now some other person.[redacted]? says he is checking accounts.... all very scammy.

I am asking for $50,000.00 as settlement ,unless they honour the agreed amounts in our discussions. and will I hire a lawyer immediately and discuss fraud charges. I will not be fooled by all of a sudden their accounts department saying nothing was paid...no no no, this was paid or they lied and committed fraud to keep me involved and get more work from me.

Sadly many of the artists with them are honest people who have never met anyone like them before, it is disgusting and needs to be stopped, thank goodness I did not lose more.Desired Settlement: Full payment for my sold work and replacement of damaged work . I have been in constant contact to get my payments, way to many times to list, but I have all the emails and text also form new york last week.

You can now find [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] from other artists that have had a similar experience. They were not there when I began my involvement.

I am only doing this report to help other artists not get into this mess that I am in. I do not believe that mine will be solved in my favour at all. I hope you read this and know that I am not vindictive, I only want what is right and what is right is that this company does not do business like this anymore, if they clean up their act then....good luck to them, I wish them well, but please do not continue to do this to honest hard working artists.

To the best of my knowledge these are true statements of my experiences with this company.

Sales and replacement values, $7911.00 US

Non Publishing refund $500.00 US

Total.........................................................................$8... US

They do not contact me, I think they hope I will just drop it.

I am the one initiating the settlement always, they pretty much ignore anything I send to them. It was a mistake to be involved with this company. It is a bad experience for me. To date I am not paid for my sales and have lost my work, they are not replacing them. They act like they are the injured party, when actually, their behaviour and lack of good business practise caused all of this.

They now,(May2014) say they will not work to settle because I involved a third party...Revdex.com...and that I should have worked with them privately to settle. Of course I had no choice because they were not dealing with their business correctly nor paying me what they owed.

Payments for agreed owed amounts have been on the way since November 2013 and even when we were face to face in New York, they still did not pay what they agreed they owed me. I have all the documents and e mails to back up everything that I say here.

I thought there was going to be a great relationship between this company and myself, sadly, it all went wrong.

I cannot recommend this company to any artist.
