Never again.
I will never again use or recommend Creative Concierge as a transportation service. As respectful and loyal to them as I have been for the past six years, they obviously do not feel the same way about a regular client.  I am receiving a full refund for the debacle on Sunday night, as well as the transport that I had booked with them in November. Everything in this post is true and factual, and it just happened over the phone with Thomas the owner.

I was just told that, according to my file, me and the company are “not a good fit”. HUH? I don’t recall ANY problems in the past, as I have used them regularly, and recommended them often. I asked for an explanation, but “for legal reasons” (again, HUH?!) he would not tell me what the past problems with me have been. In asking for the explanation, I was told “I already told you I’m going to give you a full refund and you’re still talking?” That is the RUDEST thing anyone has EVER said to me. I was basically contemptibly fired as a client, with no explanation.

I am not an emotional person. I do not get angry. Yet I am literally shaking right now.

Creative Concierge is an outstanding company with outstanding service. I've used them many times as has my family. The owners are extremely gracious and professional and they are in high demand. *** If they weren't a wonderful service the high demand would not exist. I have referred Creative Concierge to many friends and all my family with stellar results. On one occasion I booked an airport ride on the wrong day and panicked when no one called. Resulting from my mistake RJ the owner dropped everything and picked me up herself! That's service. I have owned a small business for 47 years and can spot a great one immediately. I would never consider another service.

Two times Creative Concierge failed to pick my up to take me from my home in The Villages to the Orlando-Sanford Airport.
October 24th and November 19th both of these dates Creative Concierge did not pick us up at our Villages home in FL to take us to Orlando Sanford Airport. Their business is done online, I have prepaid for both trips. When I called their emergency number on Oct. 24th RJ the owner said the driver forgot to get us and she would pay for an *** driver to take us, there were 4 of us. I called *** to take us, we barely made the flight and it was very upsetting as my daughter is disabled and we had two small children with us. On November 19th Creative Concierge again did not pick us up and When I got hold of RJ (owner) she said she had scheduled us for the wrong day. Again I had prepaid and had to call a *** driver to take us. Total was $540. RJ did finally email me to ask how much I had tipped the *** drivers I told her to deduct $40 and send me $500. I have emailed for 3 months now and never received any refund for the trips.

I want my $500 refunded to me.

worst customer service. I used them three different times and got the same results. These folks will be out of business soon. My wife had a reservation and "they forgot" to pick her up. I reserved them to have them pick up my kids on two different occasions and both times they "lost the phone number" of my kids to give pickup instructions. I finally called the owner to share these experiences in the hope that the business would improve and she told me to find a different business for airport transport. Needless to say, I am done with them.

Use no one else! Great company with safe drivers that are courteous, respectful and a pleasure to converse with (or not, if you so choose).

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! If you cancel, they WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!!! If I could give negative stars to this company I would. Had reserved well in advance roundtrip pickups to and from the Villages to Orlando International. On our way back, we were informed that we would have to wait an hour, given that additional riders' flight had been delayed as such. When all were loaded into the van, we quickly realized along with the other passengers that neither flights were late, but both parties were told each other's respective flights were delayed. When confronting the driver, she denied the situation. The drive home was dangerous, as the driver was incapable of engaging the dehumidifier in the vehicle, so everyone had a rather white-knuckle experience for over an hour on the freeway with little visibility to comfort us. Because of this and due to the ordeal both parties experienced along with said delays, we demanded a refund from an upcoming reservation (not the one described here) as we refused to ever ride with this company again. After much argument with the owners, they agreed to refund our money for our impending ride for our Christmas holiday. To date, we have received nothing after canceling...whats worse, their driver still showed up at the house to pick us up. From their website, you can see the policy below...we waited MORE than 15 minutes....and driving with the windshield fogged constitutes and extreme safety issue.

RIDE WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK KNOWING THAT IF YOU EVER NEED TO CANCEL, YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK.....and read up on the G website, a website that lists employee feedback on their employment experience. And as for their credo, problems are not solved with this company, they're created!!!

RIDE-SHARING POLICY
As is our custom, we seek first to privately transport our clients without ride-sharing.
However, in high-demand circumstances, "ECONOMY-RATE" clients, especially SINGLE-PASSENGERS may be asked to ride-share - but always in accordance with the following two conditions:
Clients' transports must not be extended by more than fifteen minutes; and
No more than two parties will be asked to ride-share on any given transport. FULL CONCIERGE clients will enjoy private transports in all circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients may cancel their transport booking(s) anytime prior to the day of service without penalty; otherwise, a $25 cancellation fee may apply.
Clients will receive an immediate transferrable credit with Creative Concierge that may be applied to any future transport booking.
NO CASH/CREDIT REFUNDS will be granted except in extreme circumstances AND only at managerial discretion. We respectfully ask that you book transport service only when you have a good-faith intent to utilize our services.

No response from company regarding request for a refund.
I previously filed a compliant (***) that is not yet resolved.
No one from the company will return my telephone calls regarding my request for a refund or credit to my credit card.
On October 7th, RJ emailed me after my filing a complaint indicating "it was their policy to apply your credit to future transportation or transfer to someone else".
On November 6th, I emailed RJ to let her know I would use the credit on a trip in December and asked her to respond if I need to go on-line to make this reservation. No response from RJ.
Since I never heard from anyone, I decided I would call to ask for a refund since I would not have any future trips nor anyone to transfer it to.
I called on December 6th and once again, had to leave a message. No response.
I made another call and left a message on 12/9. RJ called me back and when I explained my situation and asked for a refund since I had no use for their services in the future, she indicated I was asking her to go against her policy. She said that refunds were difficult to make. Really? However, she said she would call me back. Not sure why. Since that day I left a message with them on 12/10, 12/15 and maybe one other time.
I find this to be unacceptable from anyone that they would not have the decency to return my calls. Is this how they run their business? I would like to have my $50 returned. Attached is my confirmation and my first email. I don't think my request is unreasonable.

Refund of $50 prepaid.

So far I'm not sure. I made arrangements for a car to pick me up on Sept. 3, 2019 at the Orlando Airport and prepaid $50. Shortly after I made the payment, I received a message from the airline saying my flight was cancelled due to the hurricane and then the Orlando Airport was closed. I called immediately to cancel the reservation because I had to fly into another airport and didn't need the service. On the 3rd I had two people call me about picking me up. I told them I had cancelled. Not sure why they didn't get the message. Each person told me they would alert the owners for a refund of my $50. No one ever called me. I called and left a message for RJ to call me, sent two emails on 9/2 & 9/9 and called and left another message on the main number on 9/24. I have not received any communications of any kind to resolve this issue. I would like to get my refund.

On March 16, 2109 I prepaid $180 to Creative Concierge for limo service between The Villages, FL and Orlando Airport (and return). The outbound service was scheduled for June 15, 2019 and the inbound service for June 24, 2019. On May 19, 2019 at 1:45pm I called Creative to cancel both the outbound and inbound trips. I talked with RJ, one of the owners. She confirmed the cancellations, and informed me that I would have a credit on my American Express within two weeks. I have not received the credit, and the company has not responded to several subsequent requiries.

I think that this case has been resolved. One of the owners delivered a money order to my home on June 23d. This, assuming that it clears, appears to have satified the refund for cancelled services.
