I went by to repair the cracks and I heard voices in the house but no one would answer the door(Cracking is not even warranted but to keep my good reputation I was going to take care of it) When I sold the job I told her most the time they don't come back,(cracks) but I could not guarantee that thank you

My son was available this summer so he was the point of contactMy son also called numerous times including a response after after the vendor said he knocked and no one answered I understand the vendor’s circumstancesThe work needs to be finished using his expertiseIf that is not possible then I request a partial refund so I can resolve the issue using another vendor.

I am rejecting this response because: if the vendor knocked on the door and did not get a response he could have phoned, sent a text, emailed, left a note or written a letter. He showed little determination to resolve the issue. He had no previous trouble getting in touch. I have a series of texts/emails that demonstrate communication.   The cracks were there when he concluded working last fall. He postponed fixing them due to outdoor temperatures too low in which to work with the materials. He promised to return in the spring to address the problem. He provided repeated assurances that he stood behind his work for a full two years. Neither of these claims have been met.

The complaint is completely false and without merit.  We are a parcel forwarding company (like MYUS & Shipito) that offers a US address to consumers overseas that would like to have a US address for consolidation of items they purchase over the internet.  This business...

is tailored for Americans living abroad as well as foreigners that would like to buy from stores that are not located overseas while still being able to save on shipping through consolidation. Due to this important fact, we have a very strict validation process on credit cards that are used on our site as we only facilitate the shipping.  If a customer of ours uses a stolen credit card or if they request a charge back on their card that they use at a store we are not involved nor are we aware.  In addition, there is no possible way for us to alert a company of who we are as stated in the complaint because we have no idea where our thousand plus customers shop or buy from.  In short, we simply facilitate the consolidation and export.
In the case below the customer overseas purchased and item from said merchant.  The merchant did not have a secure system to validate the credit card purchase and sold this product to our mutual customer.  The package was sent to my address and we consolidated it with the other items purchased and exported them overseas.  We also charged the customer but due to the fact that we did not have the credit card in hand we requested that they use Paypal so that we are protected.
In the case of the merchant, the card was determined to be fraudulent and they are now trying to hold us liable for a purchase that we did not make.  That said, I do not want to have any customers that work in this manner so I have closed their account and given all the contact information to the merchant in question. 
Please be aware that we have also been threatened and bullied by this merchant for things that are outside of our control.
