We have spoke to Adam and been out there to look at his problem over a week ago Adam was told by someone else that his chinmney was not flashed properly, and it should be tucked into the mortarThis was not how the house was built so when we flashed it the first time we did it how it was
originally on the homeSince then we have talked about grinding out the motar and re flashing the chimneyWe will be picking a day to do so, but we completed all work the first time to the way the home was before we startedAs for the delay in getting back to the homeowner his salesman has left the company and took all of his files with him, so we were trying to locate any information that we could get on the project

The homeowner was in contact with the salesman from the original job which took place in Nov. 2014. I was not made aware of any issues until Oct. of 2015, due to issues with my saleman. I had called the homeowner and spoke to him about us coming out to take care of his concerns. There are no leaks...

or any problems except for the fact that the homeowner wants a kickout flashing installed instead of caulk. The roof has already been trough a full year of weather with no leaks. I had told the homeowner that we would get it done before the weather broke and we will be there within a week to fix this issue. We were unable to make it that week, but we will be fixing this issue before the end of the of the year.

Creative Construction Group ( SUB-CONTRACTOR)
Took 6 months on a 30 day project projection of completion. Including issues. 5-7 days of appearances by company.
210 sqft for drywall and paint
Top amd bottom risers on a oak staircase. All exceeding 7k in payment
costing me over 7k in my own revenue.
Truelly taken advantage of me.
Did not finish job in allotted time, even a few weeks is excusable but months, not good at all!
When my wifes concerns were voiced a 3rd party company ( [redacted])( got involved and suggested sending the receptionist to review issues on project. Not a licensed contractor.
Was readily available for payment, called as often as a credit card bill.
Not good, and over priced.
Be very, very careful before you agree to any work.
Its not good what happened to me.
