12/30/16Response to the complaint to Revdex.com about Creative Contracting & InvestmentsWhen we contracted to do the framing for Mr [redacted] it was a verbal agreement only.We agreed to frame the houses for $10,each.It was agreed that we would receive percentage of completion draws as we progressed in order to cover our payrollAt the point where the 3rd floor walls were stood and the Roof Trusses were delivered we had received $5,000.00.At that point the house would have been to 80% completeSince we were at that percentage we asked for another $2,000.00.Mr [redacted] refused to pay us so we determined him as unscrupulous and his refusal to pay as a breach in our agreement so we stopped work
