First State has not answered the issue of the complaintMy complaint is that this balance has been our there for two years and the bank has never contacted me nor my employer that they were not paid in full yet they had no problem notifying the credit bureaus each monthAs I said in my complaint....if I owe it I will pay it, however First State should have the responsibility to inform me of the outstanding debtFor this reason their negative reporting to the credit bureau shows poor judgement/communication and has unfairly resulted in a poor credit ratingWhy was I not contacted? That is the questionAnd secondly when I pay this off, what will they do about the damage they have done to my credit by not communicating with me for the past years
