*** will not be refunded any money because of the catering contract, if she go check her contract, there is nothing in there about extra food, nornally a catering does not leave extra food once they have fed for the allowed time, unless the customer
instructs a caterer to put it in the contract, it was not in th contract She had a plate count of guest (adults and kids) that came through the line, and orignally she had no guest count until the week before, because she didnt require no one to RSVP, so the guest count was as estimateIf she look at her contract, its states guest So if I had a plate count of that means her guest were feed and there was less than servings of food And if she notice all of my second pans were emptied in the burners by my staff, cause her guest came back time and time again, she wasnt paying attention cause my staff reloaded all the pans once all the guest went through the second time As a matter of fact she had no wedding coordinator to tell guest to do any thing Only at the end of thew wedding did the DJ say, take a chair and put it upThat was my staff's signal to pack up and we packed up It was one loud lady, that came and said could she get a plate and we gave it to herHer guest waited until we had packed up and came atthe endBut the DJ didnt tell no one last call for cake or foodI don't understand what the issue is because all her guest was feed and my staff went over and beyondI think she wants some thing for nothingBasically I did not charge her for cutting the cake, using my alumiun foil for plates to be carried off and the extra drink, we should be even.
If anybody should be charging someone is me, I didnt charge her for the extra drink and it was not in the catering contractThen I cut her wedding cake up and I didnt charge her, It was not in the contractIf she check her catering contract, its only says 100, I didnt prepare for once, she gave me a count of then lastly I never ever said I decorated for your wedding, I always take pictures of my catering set-up, it has nothing to do with you, so by telling facebook that I had nude pics, did no good cause thats my business, they refused to take it downThen you went on thumbstack and gave me a bad review because you want some thing for nothing Actually your catering was suppose to be about if you add it up, with my staff serving your entire wedding partyI did you a favor because of your sister and you talking about you want backGo look at your contract and the quotes I gave youthe reason why you got the response like you did, is how you came at me, cause as far as I knew we did our job, and for you to go by one family member's word, which was a lie, upset me cause my business really helped you out and you took one person word, again it was not in the catering contract for any extra foodfor two of the four hours there we served foodI'm going to answer this complaint, but since she thinks I owe her something, i'll pursue it legally

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There is no resolution that was offered by the company. She is threatening to sue me, and she he has no grounds to sue me on, she is not the one that was wronged here. This business owner is very unprofessional. As for the things she listed about cutting the cake, and me not paying for that, she offered that at no extra fee, as well as the additional drinks. She said she would do it as a courtesy. I have all the communication between myself and the caterer that I can submit to back that up, which I have attached above. The caterer made a comment that "we should be even". There is no even here, with that being said, she is admitting fault, that she knew she shouldn't have taken the rest of the food that we paid for away from the wedding. As far as "using her aluminum foil for plates to be carried off"...I'm not sure what she is talking about here. We did not agree on aluminum foil, if one of my guests asked for it, she should have just told them no, that they would have to eat at the wedding. That had nothing to do with me. I was the bride at the wedding, so I did not get to oversee everything that [redacted] did, and I shouldn't have to. She was hired for a job that she did not do very well.  I am not trying to get "something for nothing" as she said, I am only trying to get what I paid for. If I can't get any refund, then I at least want other people to know my experience before hiring her... This has been a complete nightmare.
