Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
No one buys a car with $of repairs coming with it. We were told that the car was fine and there were no repairs needed. This man has committed fraud, and we are sending an attachment as proof that he not only knew the transmission was bad, but he rigged it so that he could sell it. He cannot put his fingers in his ears and pretend that he cannot hear what we are saying. In his world, he has probably done this to a lot of customers. I am not the kind of guy you want to robAll we asked for at first, was for him to repair the vehicle and he refused. If asking for our money back, is considered harassment, this guy is in a delusional state. I would never give my wife an anniversary present with $of repairs needed. I plan on fighting this to the end and then some. My wife means the world to me, and I cannot sit quietly by and let this injustice happen. Tyrone J*** is a criminal and should be held accountable and punished to the fullest extent of the law and I plan on taking him there. Sincerely,*** ***
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I never received anything from the business as I wish to continue with my complaint as it was falsely advertised that it came with AC an my mechanic verified the entire unit wasn't even their as their ad stated I'll fax copies later today along with a note from my certified mechanic.Sincerely,*** ***
