[redacted] Stricklen stated the complainant's son purchased the vehicle When they were on the test drive, he liked the way it droveHe asked if the air worked The salesman said "it may need to be charged, I don't know" They negotiated the price and the son purchased the car The dad after that saying they misrepresented the car saying it same with air They never said it had air on the Craigslist ad and doesn't have any paperwork saying it had air The salesman said he didn't know He isn't complaining about the vehicle in any way

[redacted] Stricklen stated he doesn't recall this customer Please provide a copy of the receipt and/or ask the insurance co for a copy of the cancelled check He stated they handle body damage and suspension and nothing mechanical He further stated that if there was an issue with insurance work, the insurance co would say something since they were paying for the work
