This complaint is a continuation of the previos one I submittedSince the date of my previoous submittal, I have noticed the following problems: The sod that was supposed to be replaced has diedThe contractor installed StAugustine grassThe contractor assured me this grass, as opposed to tall fescue, would not incur urine stains from pets and that if it did stain, my veterinarian could prescribe medicaton to eliminate this problemThe grass is dead in many places from urine stainsMy veterinarian assured me no such medication for dogs existsAdditionally, I have a damaged left legThis grass is too thick and waxy for me to mowI wear a brace and I told Mr*** I would have a difficulty mowing and edging a thick grassHe assured me that I would be able to mow and edge this grass as easily as a tall fescue lawnI cannot mow the lawn at allIt puts me in great pain when I attempt to do soI have had to hire help to mow it for meI would never have allowed Mr*** to install StAugustine grass had I known I would experience these problems and additional costsI have had to purchase and install a garden hose stake because the workers did not install a plumbing fixture so I could wind my hoseI cannot bend over to pick up a hose on the ground due to my damaged legThe hose faucet only allows water to flow at full force with 1/of a turnSeveral paver bricks were removed to install/adapt a sprinkler systemThe pavers were replaced, but not mortared into placeThey are loose and the adjacent bricks are all loose now, tooThe brick wall is falling apart at the east endA Hibiscus tree needed to be movedThe foreman assured me he had no idea how to relocate a treeI asked him to wait until I returned from the store and I would show him how to move the treeHe did not waitThe tree died

I would like the StAugustine sod removed and a tall fescue (preferably Marathon) installedI would like to be reimbursen the cost difference because StAugustine is more expensiveI would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the garden hose stake (approximately $plus tax.) I would like a standard, solid metal faucet installed that functions from "off" to "full force" in approximate one full turn (degrees)I would like all pavers near the sprinkler installation site reset in mortarI would like the falling section of the brick wall repairedI would like a similar hibiscus tree to be purchased and planted where the dead one is now

Review: I have my bathroom reconstructed by them in June 2013, a few months later a crack appeared on the wall almost from the ceiling to the floor. I contacted them first time in Nov 2013. After many phone calls were made,[redacted], came to do inspection in January 2014 and promised to have it fix shortly. As of today April 13, 2014, after many calls and emails were made problem still no yet fix.Desired Settlement: Just need to have it fix.

Review: [redacted]'s crew replaced an outdoor hose spigot after I asked them not to. They installed an spigot that does not function properly, as opposed to letting me purchase and install the correct one. A plumbing line to the spigot is unstable and moves easily causing it to leak. The hose pipes upon which I rolled my garden hose was removed and nothing was installed so I could hang my hose up. The landscaping job was "complete" on July 11th. I have call repeatedly and explained the problem to both Tom and his employee [redacted]. They both promise to come down and fix the problem, but they do not. [redacted] promised me on Monday the 21st that he would install a garden hose hanger that looked "like a stick" at 2:00 P.M. He never returned. Although I paid for the landscaping job in full, these problems persist.Desired Settlement: 1. Install appropriate hose spigot.

2. Fix pipes in position so they do not move. Repair leak.

3. Install a pipe on the pipeline so I can roll my hose over it or install a free-standing garden hose holder.
