As we can prove with the invoices #*** and *** signed by your husband and paid with checks that we have the copies, all the return was made without the restocking fee charges.
The information about the restocking fee is written in the end of all invoices in normal size. The return/exchange policies vary to each company, almost all the furniture stores apply restocking fee and the percentage is choosen by the company. I'm sorry if you didn't pay attention to this.
The Store made thousand of houses all over Orlando and you are the first customer that's not satisfied that's why we made an exception to you and didn't charge you what is our wright.
