On August 10, between 9:and 10:a.mwhile traveling north on Kansas a rock or similar
type object was projected into the passenger door of my yellow Chevy Aveo from a mower being
operated by an employee of General Rental on north Kansas
Proceeding to the library as planned a first look for impacting damage resulted in an oversight due to
the location of the dent being under my passenger door mirror which matches the trajectory an object
would take from a mowerIn addition there was a shadow over the dent from the mirror due to the
position of the sun at that time of day
After leaving the library around noon a second examination revealed the dentImmediately
afterwards the employee that was mowing was notifiedThere was no denial by the employee of what
had transpiredA referral was made to a manager named *** at their South Campbell location
On August 11, contact was made at which time three estimates were requestedThose
