Review: Creative Driveways & Patios contracted with us to repair the front walkway on our house. They were to clean repair and seal the walkway. They completed the work and a year and and 9 months later the entire walkway rose up and cracked and was destroyed. We have had the walkway before the repair for over 10 years and nothing like this had ever happened before. We had a contractor at the house for another project and had him look at the walkway. He said to call the company and have them redo the work because it was obviously improperly sealed and destroyed the walkway. When I spoke with the [redacted] of the company he came to the house and offered to fix it for $4,000. When I explained that we had been told it was improperly sealed he quickly noted that the one year warranty was up and that it was not his problem. I asked if he was willing to reseal it and he said he was not going to do a thing and that it was not his problem. My entire walkway is destroyed and he is not willing to do anything to a stand behind his work. The company is a disgrace.Desired Settlement: I would definitely like other homeowners to be aware of the lack of responsibility that this company feels towards their work.Refund
