HelloI am not quite sure how to answer this complaintThe Customer claims to have attempted to contact me, but I haven't received any contact, They took my business card at the Reptile Convention, which contain both my personal email and my phone numberAs for [redacted] , if she wanted to contact me she could have messaged me or used the email address in the "about" section of the [redacted] page, I never saw any comments with any of my pictures and I am notified if anyone commentsI have never removed any pictures from my [redacted] and if the comment was removed it was by [redacted] itself and [redacted] is a private site and they can do anything they want.Let me tell you first of all, that animals are living breathing creatures and if they are not properly taken care of they dieKeeping that in mind pet dealers rarely offer a live guarantee past hours, and a live guarantee that's a week is huge, they claim their lizards lived for two weeks which is way outside the guarantee periodThat being said I would refund them their money for the lizards, however they didn't pay $for two lizards, they paid $for lizards and $for a terrarium and s(sincludes, hides, driftwood, and substrate as well as a dew-catcher rock)I have no proof that these animals died, I think it is telling that she claimed to contact me and I was never contacted, also find it suspicious that months later these people want a full refund of not just the lizards but also the hard goods (terrarium and supplys) the woman says "I just want this whole situation to be over" is she a victim or a scammer? If I had been contacted months ago and had proof that the little lizards died would be a whole lot less suspicious. These customers made me extremely uncomfortable, the woman was nice enough but the husbandThe lizards were purchased for a child from the woman's previous marriageThe husband spent the whole time complaining the kid wouldn't take care of the lizards, the lizards would die while the child was at its father's houseThe lizards would be like the goldfish and HE would end up caring for them and on and onHe asked me what the lizards ate, I told him to get a fruit fly culture or 1/8" crickets, he went and bought meal worms, then he stood at our booth and held the mealworms out saying the child wouldn't touch them, It was a very uncomfortable situation and I actually considered refusing the sale, but I didn't want this belligerent, loud man to make a scene at the reptile show.Thank You Mon 8/8/20163:PMHello [redacted] I received a letter from the Revdex.com about the spiny lizards and syou purchased at [redacted] I wish you had gotten in touch with me first, I tried to make sure that everyone took a business card, which has both my e-mail address and my phone number, if you wish to contact me my phone number is 443-889-If you left a comment on [redacted] , I never saw it and I haven't deleted any pictures or comments, if you left a comment it should be there and I can't find any comments, why didn't you message me? As to your purchaseI did try to explain that meal worms have to much chitin for baby lizards to digest and I tried to steer food items toward fruit flys and crickets, your husband didn't think your son would handle fruit flys or cricketsI also said they could be kept in a warm room temperature and that they did need natural sunlight and that they could receive natural sunlight indirectly through a window just not in the window or they would fry and that they were desert creatures and needed to be spritzed about twice a weekThe terrarium you purchased with the lizards are designed to maintain humidity so they do not need to be spritzed as oftenIf you look up spiny iizards, or spiny swifts up you will find as many different ways of taking care of them as you will find websitesI am sorry your lizards diedI think that you will not find any pet stores, online, at shows or physical stores who will guarantee an animal past days, most won't guarantee past daysYou also purchased the lizards with a set-upAll that being saidI don't want my customers to be unhappyIf you wish I will refund you the price of the lizardsWhich is $25.00, or you could come to the " [redacted] Reptile Show" at Havre de Grace this weekend and get an awesome trio of Pink Bellied Spiny Swifts, which I have had for about months and are super healthy and eat everything in sight.Thank You

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Regards,
[redacted]
I'm letting this go because $25 is not worth the stress. I'd like it to be known that I tracked the comment I left on the [redacted] picture for an entire week until it was gone. Pictures do not simply disappear from a [redacted] page without someone deleting them or hiding them from public view. At the time that I left the comment it a little over a month and after the week I filed the complaint. It isn't my fault this whole process took so long. At that point in time I had no business card, not to mention that when I [redacted] them and found them on [redacted] there was no option for private messages. It was just an information page with a "newsfeed"; there was not a messaging option.
Also, the letter she sent back to you was completely inappropriate. I was never out of line with anything that I have said.
She says there was not proof that the lizard's died. Would she have wanted me to send their bodies back in a box? It seems to me that she is doing anything to cover her own backside. Which is totally fine. Because she is not worth my time. There was my out of line comment to end this.
As I have previously stated, I am accepting this response because I don't have time for people's nonsense; especially when I tried to do the right thing first. However, I hope this complaint against them does not get removed. Had she been respectful I would have withdrawn the complaint before we got to this point.

she could have messaged me or used the email address in the "about" section of the [redacted] page, I never saw any comments with any of my pictures and I am notified if anyone comments. I have never removed any pictures from my [redacted] and if the comment was removed it was by [redacted] itself and [redacted] is a private site and they can do anything they want.Let me tell you first of all, that animals are living breathing creatures and if they are not properly taken care of they die. Keeping that in mind pet dealers rarely offer a live guarantee past 48 hours, and a live guarantee that's a week is huge, they claim their lizards lived for two weeks which is way outside the guarantee period. That being said I would refund them their money for the lizards, however they didn't pay $75.00 for two lizards, they paid $25.00 for 2 lizards and $50.00 for a terrarium and set-up (set-up includes, hides, driftwood, and substrate as well as a dew-catcher rock). I have no proof that these animals died, I think it is telling that she claimed to contact me and I was never contacted, also find it suspicious that months later these people want a full refund of not just the lizards but also the hard goods (terrarium and supplys) the woman says "I just want this whole situation to be over" is she a victim or a scammer? I wish you had gotten in touch with me first, I tried to make sure that everyone took a business card, which has both my e-mail address and my phone number, if you wish to contact me my phone number is 443-889-8453. If you left a comment on [redacted], I never saw it and I haven't deleted any pictures or comments, if you left a comment it should be there and I can't find any comments, why didn't you message me? As to your purchase. I did try to explain that meal worms have to much chitin for baby lizards to digest and I tried to steer food items toward fruit flys and crickets, your husband didn't think your son would handle fruit flys or crickets. I also said they could be kept in a warm room temperature and that they did need natural sunlight and that they could receive natural sunlight indirectly through a window just not in the window or they would fry and that they were desert creatures and needed to be spritzed about twice a week. The terrarium you purchased with the lizards are designed to maintain humidity so they do not need to be spritzed as often. If you look up spiny iizards, or spiny swifts up you will find as many different ways of taking care of them as you will find websites. I am sorry your lizards died. I think that you will not find any pet stores, online, at shows or physical stores who will guarantee an animal past 7 days, most won't guarantee past 2 days. You also purchased the lizards with a set-up. All that being said. I don't want my customers to be unhappy. If you wish I will refund you the price of the lizards. Which is $25.00, or you could come to the "[redacted] Reptile Show" at Havre de Grace this weekend and get an awesome trio of Pink Bellied Spiny Swifts, which I have had for about 3 months and are super healthy and eat everything in sight.Thank You
