I love this company! A few years back, Creative Exterior Concepts resided my house and I loved the results, so when I needed a new roof I called Robert for an estimate. I received a good estimate compared to several others, and during the roof installation one of my neighbors (who is a contractor) favorably commented how the crew was doing the work and the quality of materials used. The whole process was done in a day and cleanup was great.

We used CEC to replace some basement well windows at our home. We could not be happier with the results and overall experience. Robert and his team were efficient and professional throughout the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any home exterior needs.

I have had problems for years with my gutters getting clogged with leaves and debris. I also had areas where the water was too much for my gutters to handle during heavy downpours. Robert recently solved my gutter issues by replacing all my downspouts with larger diameter ones and replaced some of my gutters with larger ones as well. He also installed Raindrop gutter guards throughout.

My gutter system now works better than at any time since I bought my house and they have stayed clean and debris free even with the leaves now falling from the tress.

Robert was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. His pricing was competitive and the products he used on my house are top-notch.

In the spring of 2016 I needed the house resided. I called Creative Exterior Concepts in Lake Zurich. As a single woman, I sometimes feel I get the runaround when dealing with contractors. The entire process working with them was easy and seamless. From the initial quote, to working with Robert to choose color, etc., to the installation of siding, soffit and fascia, the team was professional and pleasant to work with. Once the project started, the installer showed up as scheduled and showed a level of professionalism and quality hard to find in today’s world.

End of summer I needed a roof replaced and called Creative Exterior Concepts for a quote. Again, Robert who did the estimate went over everything with me while he took measurements, answered all of my questions, and installation was done in one day without damaging my prized landscaped yard, which prompted me to write a review.

I can’t say enough nice things about Creative Exterior Concepts. It was great to work with such a professional company and I would highly recommend.

Creative Exterior Concepts recently replaced all of the siding and gutters on my house and I am very satisfied. They have improved the curb appeal tremendously. The installation team was courteous and careful, and they cleaned up when the job was finished.

It was a wonderful experience working with Robert at Creative Exterior. We are so pleased with the end results. Plus, he was very willing to work around my schedule! I would definitely recommend this company.
