Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Creative Exterior took about a year to call back on these issues and when they contacted me, it was because I opened a claim against them with the Revdex.comThey never offered to have the $waived, actually, getting people’s money seems to be the only thing they care aboutI expected to pay the balance upon remediation of the punch list items that they had for a long time, but, in order to keep wind driven rain out of the house, I had to pay another contractor to complete the work and it was much more than $2,I told MrWes that I would not be paying the balance of $2,AND I TOLD HIM THAT I DIDN’T WANT THEM IN MY HOUSE EVER AGAINThey also didn’t provide the storm doors I paid for, they provided some lower quality doorsThis is not a competent contractor and I would warn anyone from using them or given them any businessI hope the Revdex.com keeps notes of this claim so people cannot be ripped off in the future by this businessThank you

When I tried to do a walk through and get the final few items taken care of I received a phone call that the walk through would not be needed and the items were already taken care of. That being said, what I am proposing is the final $2,000 balance go towards the few items that she had done. We can call the job finished on our end and the balance would not be owed to creative exterior concepts. We both can move forward at this time.
